Was seeking a "spare" power adaptor for my new laptop which the laptop supplier could not supply and turned to online shopping. Chose iShopTech with product ID. Ordered an OEM part which was clear from the title - still, they sent an email right away checking that I'd noticed it. I missed the email, as was working, and they've given me a call asking the same, to make sure they can get it shipped asap. Don't know how the parcel arrived in one day from Melbourne to the GC, considering shipping was $10 for a good-sized box - but it did. Keep it up, guys, and I'll be definitely ordering from you again!

The product was received in good time and was exactly what I wanted. Also came with a complimentary 250Gb external hard drive for backups.

Delivery was let down by CourierPlease who shipped the package back to sender without notice before reaching me. IShopTech support was quick to respond, apologetic and sent it via TNT as soon as it was returned to them. Arrived 1 business day later (from Adelaide to Melbourne), quick turnaround!

Had the printer in stock we wanted after many other providers took the money and never had stock (waiting on orders to come in).
Arrived very fast.

Service was very good, kept in touch with delivery delays. Samsung TV was not impressive picture very average, similar to cheap no name brands, remote control also cheap with buttons that have multiple uses. Give the tv one star at best.

Bought the targus grid 15.6" bag for my son. Excellent quality and lightweight. Fit his HP ProBook 450 perfectly. Very quick delivery. And fantastic price. Very pleased have already recommended ishop to a friend and would buy from them again.
