Done nothing but gaslight me since I reported the mistake, and now they're claiming I'm "confused" in their response.
Horrendous customer service. AVOID!! Sent wrong item (after waiting two weeks) and even though I proved the wrong item was sent and that the wrong item was on the invoice despite the email from them confirming the *correct* product I ordered then tried to gaslight me by saying the labels were switched and the product was correct. Reporting to relevent conduct authority. Refused to send a replacement or give a refund*. (Without shipping at my cost, and trusting them to refund it) Not a way to do business or keep customers. Appaulling.
Reply to their response: I have informed them that they may be in breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. An SKU number, is an internal tool for businesses and is not a legal arguement for sending the wrong product. There confirmation email clearly states a different product from the one they sent, and I'll be taking this up with trading standards. It's clear breach of contract, plain and simple.
They did not update their photos or product description on their website, so they can't blame the manufacturer either, when its up to them, legally as a retailer to make sure their product images and descriptions are up to date.

I ordered two large whey protein tubs and was surprised to find they were both expiring in September this year. For products of that size, the shelf life was far too short to use them properly.
When I contacted customer service, the experience became even more disappointing. They didn’t know their product longevity, they didn’t even believe my word, they made me send pictures of both tubs to prove that I was raising a valid point. Besides, I had to repeat the same information to multiple agents, and no one seemed to take ownership of the issue.
Despite the short-dated stock being the problem, I was told I had to return the items at my own cost, which came to £9.
The whole process felt unhelpful and unnecessarily frustrating. If expiry dates had been made clear upfront — or if customer service had handled the situation more fairly — this could have been avoided.

I guess I should of read reviews before placing my order. I have ordered a creatine supplement around 2 months ago. It was well over due. When I emailed the company I was asked If I want a refund or re delivery. When I said re delivery. They told me they were out of stocks. I was forced into a refund which I don't even know I will receive. It's a running joke I think. Avoid

Their prices are always competitive and they have lots of discounts when you buy multi or in bulk. This review was for the 3x tubs of True Vitality Vanilla that I purchased which can be hard to find in stock in general. Excellent company, good, prompt customer service support, very wide variety of products on offer and highly recommended to all, even if you live overseas!

I requested a refund within 2 minutes of receiving a confirmation email after a discount offered on checkout was not applied. Payment was taken and I was further told a refund could not be sent as my order had been dispatched. Customer service repeatedly lied and are only interested in taking your money. Foolish as I have spent £800 with them on only 4 orders in the past year and will now never buy from them again and certainly would not recommend. No customer service and no customer care.

Both my mother and I tried to order from this company. They wanted ID verification sent them copies of credit card, drivers license and utility bills and was told that they would not able to process the order because they just couldn’t would not explain no details given nothing but they wanted an E transfer for the order to be sent. However, in the meantime, they fully charged my credit card and processed it while telling me they couldn’t place the order I would be very diligent before ordering from this company as this seems very hinky to me.

More than 3 weeks between order was given to delivery (in Denmark). However, status was given several times.

Now I'm actually quite annoyed because of request to edit this feedback.
IShop claim that they have 11 to 16 days to deliver, and that they by their own words did it in 13 days.
Let me make it clear, they prompted me for at honest review, and I though 3 star was fair. The review is about my satisfaction, not about if internal limit for delivering has been broken or not.
At the same time I ordered this item from IShop, I ordered 6 others items. Two different inside Denmark, which I got at my doorstep allready at Monday August 5th. 5 o'clock a.m.
4 others from different places in Germany that all was delivered Thursday August 8th. And the last from IShop came 2 weeks later.
Thank you for delivering what I need, but service do not archive more than 3 stars in my opinion.

I needed more of the same product but chose an alternative supplier. Saved 38% on the price and got it delivered 2 weeks faster...

I have only good things to say about this company. The products that I ordered arrived in good condition, carefully packed, and with good “expiration dates” (I purchased some omega 3 vitamins).
I must admit that I had previously written a not so kind assessment of the company. I had mistakenly thought that the products would be dispatched from Europe, which had created the expectation that they would arrive much sooner than was promised on the website (especially as the
iShop Nutrition uses the DHL courier which is known for its speedy efficiency).
I sincerly apologize and wish iShop Nutrition all the best.

This company is a scam. I ordered Bitter Orange supplement - it never arrived. I had paid by Paypal so alerted them. This company got very nasty and demanded I retract my complaint. I didn’t. The supplement never arrived. They advertise in sterling but are not UK based. Steer clear.
