After trying to chat with their bot, with no avail, I saw that it was free to pick up. I arrived there and initially it was okay. Until I got to the counter. The attendant was rude and arrogant. I wanted to buy two screens but they only had 1, whereas online they had several.

He told me that he will take payment in store but was unhappy about shipping cost not paid.

After being on the phone for several minutes, he proceeded to refuse to sell to me unless I ordered online.

He was racist and exist. My experience was ridiculous. Will not be buying from them ever again. Avoid at all cost.

Communication is efficient, and their support team is cooperative and attentive, often assisting through WhatsApp. Though my experience has been mostly positive, occasional issues with online payment tools require alternative methods like PayPal or BACs. Overall, a decent experience that meets expectations.

Honestly this is the worst customer service I’ve ever received in my life.

I went there many times and they served me before.

I went there today and they asked me for my ID.

All I wanted was some vapes, bare in mind I’m 27 in July.

They then told me that we won’t serve you.

You need to have a shop.

What a joke!
