By far the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Particular caution is advised when it comes to Isabel Marant Vintage customer service! They don't respond to their own colleagues in the local stores. Assessments that these employees make about goods on site are ignored. The most customer unfriendly system I have ever experienced!! Never again!!
Their sneakers are great but order any where but their website. I am based in the UK. The item that arrived doesn't match the photos of what I ordered. They had no explanation and very strange solution as in we can not exchange to what is visible on the system or anything but you are welcome to return. So items fly back and forth from Italy through France then UK. And no grantee what will be delivered. Never ordering from them again

The worst!!! They send me worn shoes, no label, no receipe, no return label - took my money 550 Eur and are not responding to my emails! I will make a lawsuit- its an absolute scam!
I first had many concerns due to missing order confirmation. Poor information througout the delivery process. Goods finally arrived after 8 days, so no fraud, but a very poor, E-commerce service
They sent me a promo code for Blsck Friday which I tried to use. Tried it on various different devices and browsers, logged in, not logged in, nothing worked. Contacted customer service who told me to try clearing my data and try again. After it didn’t work, they said they would forward my email to the responsible team… without solving the problem. I proposed to buy the item and they just refund me the difference of the promo but they were not willing to do that. So until now I still don’t have any solution and they keep sending me their emails advertising a promo that doesn’t work. Has anyone else had this experience? Leaves such a bad impression for what I thought until now was a good reliable brand… shocking.

The only way to contact them is via the online form with often doesn’t work. When they reply they fail to follow up or fix the matter. I have been waiting for a refund for a month. Matter via PayPal. Don’t order directly via Isabel Marant since if there are any problems with your order it’s a Major hassle to get it resolved. Best bet is to order via Mytheresa, Luisa via Roma or

This is honestly the worst customer service esperience I have ever encountered. It is now 6 weeks and I have not received a refund for a returned dress. I am simply appalled! No-one replies to emails, there is no contact number and I am literally pulling my hair out. I will NEVER buy from them again whether on line or in store and I will very happily spread the word!
Worst customer service ever. Returned items with all customs forms duly filled in and the parcel is now retained with ups in Italy ( happens very often with yoox companies) . IM requested to send the customs invoice again which I did 10 days ago. I wrote to ask for an update as parcel is still on hold with ups and an automated e-mail is asking for the customs form again !!! Horrible customer service ever from a brand like IM,
The most dreadful customer service I have ever known, UPS have failed to deliver my order, I have sent numerous emails to Isabel Marant customer service who are refusing to investigate saying I have to contact UPS! UPS won’t authorise me to return the parcel so now it has been stuck for 2 weeks, IM have now stopped responding to my emails, no help, apology or refund! I am now having to file a claim with Barclaycard. I do not recommend anyone purchases anything from this website!
The velcro on the Bekett sneakerwedge suède is seriously horrible! Please don’t ever buy these shoes! For €450 you can expect good quality but instead you get the worst quality velcro that wont even stick. Worst purchase ever!
Best service I can remember having had I Copenhagen, where good service is not always to be expected. Also the whole atmosphere in the shop is nice.

My shopping experience at Isabel Marant is completely ruined.
My first impression of the employee was very very arrogant. I walked into the store and she looked at me condescendingly. I was not greeted at all. As we were looking around a bit, I wanted to buy that one bag. But was that too much to ask?! I had bought the bag and despite the seller being so horribly rude, I was very happy with my purchase. Later, I was about to go home, but in another store, the security gates went off and our bags were searched. Then it turned out that the tag was still attached, but then I was really cooking. Because this was the sign that we had to go all the way back to that damn shop. Finally we arrived at the store and the moment I walked in the seller was shopping for herself?! I told my story and told her the tag was still attached. Apparently she thought it was all very funny that we had to come back and I felt really laughed at. It seemed as if she had done it on purpose. I really don't recommend this store to anyone and my shopping experience has been completely ruined. 1 time and never again!

I returned my order as the colour was not as pictured on website. Giving me the run around as UPS lost paperwork (or IM did so on purpose) & now saying item on its way back to me after a month!! Also sent me UPS tel number for me to sort out!! Which obviously I cannot as they will only deal with account holder (IM). I don’t believe them think is stalling tactics & unscrupulous they don’t care less about their customers (as you can see on here). I will be seeking refund from my card provider Terrible will never order again
Never again! Holding on my money for no reason. The item didn’t fit and I’ve sent it back next day with provided UPS label. Parcel has arrived in Italy, passed the costumes and it was on its way . But than it got returned to warehouse and for 8 days hasn’t moved anywhere. I can’t raise the case with UPS because it’s on Isabel Marants account. So I’ve contacted the seller and they said they started investigation and it will take up to 8 working day. Which is appalling service from luxury brand. Any other brand would of refunded the money and been carrying with investigations by them selves, because they have insurance on the loss or damage. So I’ve to retrieve my money filing a case through my bank about dishonest, money thieving YOOX group !!! Embarrassing guys indeed!
