The winter jacket keeps me warm, but it felt a bit bulkier than I expected in windy weather

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! If I could give this company no stars I would! Jumpsuit arrived, absolutely shocking it's so bad, it's a rag, nothing like the picture. I emailed them and asked them for a returns form, they responded offering a 10% refund and to keep the item, I refused, I don't want it, I wouldn't wash my floor with it. I have since emailed them 3 times with no response, then I noticed they took another payment out of my Paypal! I have opened a complaint with Paypal, this company should not be allowed to trade, absolutely disgraceful and zero customer service! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

This company/shop is an absolute fraud l ordered boots on the 3rd November and paid my money
No boots only excuses No proper address was stated when I inquired why I did not receive my purchase, they have all my details, they have my money and no purchase for me . Fraud,fraud all the way Don’t anyone else get caught

I've put 1 star, but really it should be minus 5. An elderly client of mine ordered a cashmere jumper. What she got was a jumper with NO wool in it and sleeves that would be long on an orangutan. When she emailed, she was asked to send photos of item, she did with the help of another carer. Email back from 'Emma ' saying it was as described and refused refund but offered her 15% off another order!! What a disgusting attitude and a total scam. Avoid thus company at all costs. For information, the 'cashmere ' is heading for a charity shop, £53 is a lot to a 91 year old. I'd welcome a response from the company as she's given up. How many others have lost money??

Terrible experience, I purchased a dress and received a totally different dress, it did not match the picture of the item ordered at all. When I contacted them they said I would have to pay "the expensive" return price or accept a 10% discount store credit. Utterly unacceptable. Don't trust the pictures, it is not what they send.

I do not recommend using this company. My order did not arrive in time to give as a birthday present. After contacting the company they said it was because my address was incorrect. I checked the address, it was correct!
Terrible that no one had contacted me to tell me to update the already correct address.
After expressing that I needed a refund as they did not honour the delivery time or contact me to tell me the reason for the delay, they just kept sending the same email over and over about how the address was incorrect. It seemed an auto response from someone called 'Emma'. Still no refund.
I would actively avoid this company for any sales, I can imagine the returns process being difficult too.

Extremely hard to get a reply, Dealing with Emma in isabelle mode, she pretended they haven't got the address to send the item to, this is a lie as the addres is on the order confirmation email , if j didnt email them they still wouldnt have contacted to advise any issue with the order, trying to get a refund now but no reply

I bought a pair of leggings for the gym and they mostly stay in place, though I had to adjust them a couple of times.

I ordered an external hard disk of 8TB and it came only the case, not the memory. even if the web page described it accuratelly.

I ordered a pair of tracksuit bottoms (Order FR#2127977) that arrived faulty — missing the waistband tie and even missing the label. I contacted customer service immediately and asked for a return and refund.

Over the past 11 days I have made three requests and explained clearly that the item was faulty.
The company ignore this completely each time and insist I pay for the return shipping — which is illegal under EU consumer law when the item is faulty.

Instead of offering the refund required by law, they kept trying to push store credit (10% first, then 25%), even after I said I did not want credit and would never buy from them again.

They have been dismissive, evasive, and seem determined to avoid following consumer rights.

I strongly advise avoiding this company. Their customer service is poor, they refuse to follow consumer law, and they try to pressure customers into accepting store credit instead of providing refunds for faulty goods.

I ordered a "cashmere" pink turtle neck jumper for my mum.
Such a lie.
It is synthetic scratchy material. No labels. No way is there any cashmere in it.
It also has a big black mark on sleeve which does not come out.

I am appalled. And very disappointed. I paid £59.

I ordered a junper following the size guide. The jumper was very small, it was not as pictured in the advert and it had no labels to show what it was made of or offer laundry instructions.

I have emailed twice and contacted them on their contact page. No response.

I had a very frustrating bad experience with them. I have ordered a jacket size XL which was barely size medium, I wanted to return it, but in their website they mentioned we have to fill a form, and even if they accept refund, they will give store credit instead of refunding to my original card. Every single day I emailed them about sending me the returning form, but they gave me discount on the price to keep the item, and take,the rest a store credit. Finally I gave up, and I accept to get 50% of my jacket price as store credit. From the day I told them I will accept it, they did not reply me at all, neither sent me store credit nor accepting return process. They just disappeared, it has been 8 days. I am still following them up, and if they continue being irresponsive, I will take legal action against them, as I see many people has same problem, we have to stop being victim.

The products look nothing like on the picture it’s a total scam!!!!!!! It took ages to receive the order! Now I requested the return, they state you have to email them to receive return address and I have emailed them like 5 times in two weeks and still nothing! They say they have 24 hours customer service! Total bullshit! Do not WASTE your money you will not get it back!!! I’m going to contact the bank and report them and hopefully get my money back and also contact citizen bureau for help! I will not leave it like this!

Do not buy from Isabella mode it's a scam I brought a suit in a man's size but received a child size the material was the cheapest alfull going they delay you with offer's of store credit from 15% & up to 55% you will not receive a refund they will then give you a return address of Hong Kong island this is unaffordable and will offer you 100% of store credit when they have received your return which we all know won't be received this fake company should be shut down it's theft 😠 DO NOT BUY FROM Isabella mode

Amazing experience, i ordered 3 bags and shoes and they came quickly. It was a gift for my niece, she loved it!

All arrived in the timeframe expected and the quality is good. I was happy with it.

Order a jacket 1 week ago and I was afraid it would not be on time for my holiday, but I got my order on time and rocking it on my Holiday!!!! Thanks a lot guys and don’t take these bad reviews to serious!
