I purchased a coat stand on 26th November 2025 for 107.91 euro. It had not arrived by January 2026. I emailed them and they said that it was out of stock and I could have something else to the same value. I insisted that I want my money refunded but my money has not been returned to me. I have been continually emailing them. They are impossible to deal with. Do not buy anything from this site.
I also bought 2 coats for my daughters on 21st November for 116.96 euro. They arrived. When my daughters opened them on Christmas morning they thought they were dressing gowns!!! They were such bad quality, virtual rags. Again please heed my warning Do Not Buy anything from this site Isabell Mode.

The goods you receive are nothing like the products they advertise. Ordered 2 Jackets, absolutely nothing like the photos on the site. Cheap shabby fabric - with unstitched and frayed seams - really poorly made with buttons hanging off. Definitely not fit to wear. You wont get a refund, the return address for returns is Flat 5 Hong Kong Island Hong Kong , paid £11.99 to return the items, but Evri returned them as a returns refused parcel- if you don't want to lose money avoid this site

Paid, never recieved the item. They use excuse wrong address, delay, never recieved a shipping not. Dont buy it is fraud.

Ordered in November still have not recieved item and emailing back and over trying to get refund..stay away from this company

i order a cashmere jumper from Etelle Modes in october 2025. i received a polyester jumper in jearly jan 2026. i was T old tHe delay was due to an in correct address, MY ERROR ALTHOUGH THEY HAD MY EMAIL ADDRESS BUT DIDNT CONTACT M E AS FAR AS I AM AWARE TO ENABLE ME TO MAKE THE NECESSARY CHANGES

I have requested that the send me a refund the original jumper cost over 36 pounds. they said this couldnt be done but that i could keep the jumper they sent. and have a discount of up to 35percent of another item. i also asked if the could send me the original item that i ordered as this was still on sale again they said that they couldnt do this and i would need t return the polyester jumper before they would proceed with any further action. i was required to pay the return postage. My question was why should i pay for there mistake. and why would i buy another item when they could not fulfill the original contract, this is a very poor company, and unfortunately puts other similar organisations in a negative light. they have had money for a cashmere jumper and provided a polyester jumper which i could have possibly bought locally for half the cost. their emails are all very polite but and not helpful

If I could give it minus stars I would they are scammers. I ordered a winter coat and they sent me the thinnest jumper instead which was absolutely horrible. When I contacted them I sent them pictures and a video of the incorrect item as requested and then it was as if it was a robot replying with the same message over and over. Im still waiting for a refund two months later and any time I contact them I receive the same message of ive forwarded your message to the correctdepartment please wait 2 days. So frustrating . DONT BUY FROM HERE!!

It has been more than 2 months and I haven't yet received my order yet. When I tried to contact their customer care services, they replied to me with a tracking ID and that the item has been shipped. It is a complete scam they are running and I would recommend everyone not to buy anything from them.

Do not buy from them😡absolute scam. This company should be investigated never again will I be robbed by them I repeat do not buy from them THIEVES😡

I tried one of their two-piece sets and the fit was decent. It looks fashionable though not exactly as perfect as I had hoped.

This is the most inefficient, stupid and dishonest company I have ever come across. A scam frankly

I ordered a winter fleece lined bomber jacket on 21st November 2025. After 3 weeks there was no communication. I chased the order several times always getting a similar automated reply, saying my address was incomplete. Each time I confirmed my full name and address even though they were on my order confirmation. I tried to telephone but it always gave the engaged signal. I realised that the company was legally suspect and I gave an ultimatum that if I did not receive a full refund or confirmation of dispatch by the end of the week I would commence legal proceedings On the Friday afternoon they dispatched the item for delivery by Evrie. I finally received the item on 12thJanuary2026. I was expecting it to be inferior to the advertised item and it was. £72 for a flimsy piece of clothing. Similar design to the advertised item but thin and shoddy with no winter warmth at all. No designer label, plain cheap buttons and not fit for purpose.

This company is a SCAM. I’m sure that many comments has been deleted. But just 50% rating of 1 star says a lot. They do everything to keep their £50 lol I was never satisfied with the item and they were so ignorant for refund dragging it for weeks to negotiate the return address and forcing to accept their store credit when I clearly stated multiple times I don’t want to ever shop with them. Just not worth at all. Plus item didn’t even had a label.

Not bad, but not great either. I think it has potential to improve.

The store is good overall. But I wish there was better customer service.

Now waiting for the refund if I will get.

I’m starting to believe that they all scammers they take our money’s and keep telling you lies and more
Lies.
We in good trust believing them.
For them is systematically robbery that we do get it.
