SCAM!!! did not receive my item and they said they will send another one but would not provide tracking details, when I asked for a refund they said there is a problem with there banking system! Stay away from this company! Total scam!!

An absolute scam company . I ordered a ‘ coat ‘ which eventually came . It’s nothing like the picture or description. I requested to send it back .. I had 3 different offers of keeping it and getting a small refund . I refused ! The garment was appalling . Cheap looking and nothing like the picture .
I eventually sent it back on 3/1 / 26 … at a cost of £12.60 via Royal Mail tracked ! On 13th Jan it arrived in China. It has been in customs since that date - pending …, Isabella will not issue a refund until the actually receive it . So basically I’ve lost the £40 for the jacket , £12.60 postage and no jacket !!
I have had numerous emails back and forth , but all they say is about their refund policy and they are sorry !
I’m sorry that I ever bought from them ! I will never use them again .. and suggest that no one uses them . An absolute waste of time and money ! Definite scammers !!

I ordered 3 soft and cosy sweaters and what arrived were not soft and cosy anything I have tried to return them but they keep putting me off and I paid over £90 they are rubbish

I purchased a coat £79.99 since December and I never received it. Its a scam company. I was exchanging emails with someone called Ant -customer support who was assuring me that I will receive the item and asking me not to complain or report them. I waited 4 months for the coat and never received it. Please DO NOT BUY from the website. ITS A SCAM COMPANY

Terrible company, DO NOT ORDER from them. Items do not look like what they advertise and it’s not London based. Returns are complicated and either way you WILL loose out:

Very waste services . I have ordered a product on last December and never arrived . Requested many times for the order or refund and they always reply to wait until receive the products but never received till now . Very unsatisfied and fraud site. I lost my money . Never refer to anyone .

Worse retailer not trustworthy at all. I have been waiting for my parcel since December and it’s never arrived now they asked me to do manual return from my bank side . Never going to place order with them again.

I strongly advise against shopping from Isabella London. The company appears to be based in China and does not deliver products as shown in their advertisements. The items I received were of very poor quality and did not match what was advertised.
When requesting a refund, they only offer 25% of the purchase value, and the customer is required to pay the return shipping costs. Additionally, their company name and branding closely resemble another legitimate company, Isobel London, which caused confusion and led me to mistakenly place an order with them.
Please be cautious before purchasing from this website.

0 stars if possible. DISGUSTING company. Website is a lie. Not based in London, but are based in China. They send you the wrong product and expect you to pay for return shipping to China. Ridiculous. And when you ask explain they sent an incorrect product they proceed to say they will give you 20% of your refund only… wow AVOID

Although I haven’t used TEMU products but I feel even that would be better than this.
This company should be black listed.

Just spend £30 to returning what I bought from Isabella London. It’s costing £70.99 to buy. Only worth £10 in Temu!The clothes I ordered nothing like the advertised! Very poor quality, suede dress not even suede. I asked for refund, they give me address to send to China. There is nothing mentioned in their return and refund policy. I bought from London and now ask me send to China!Never experienced anything ridiculous like this , just don’t make sense! Don’t buy anything from this company! Believe me, I learned my lesson. Now I sent back my order waiting for my refund! Let’s see.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!, THEY PUT PICTURES UP OF COATS FROM A DIFFERENT COMPANY! When your order arrives it is not the same as the picture very poor quality they say its a 30 day refund but when you ask for a refund they offer you 20% and you keep the product, paid £40 for a coat in the sale prob cost £5 to make, They make the refund price so high no one sends there product back as they would be out of pocket by alot more, Do not buy from them scam company

It’s fraud company took money and just kept waiting for delivery but nothing happened just be aware I got scammed and I don’t want any body get scammed they are fraud fraud and just fraud

❌NEVER BUY FROM THEM!!!❌Quick to accept customer’s payment and then starts the long wait for order delivery! This company is not based in London it’s just a hoax! All in a bid to deceive prospective buyers! When my products arrived, they were a far cry from what’s seen on their website. Very very cheap looking stuff, poor finishing, terrible fit. The coat is the worst of all. I’d have to trash it cos it’s just terrible and such poor quality material.

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. No communication after placing an order, and when queried, the tone of the replies was dismissive and rude. Utterly unacceptable. Placed an order on 4th Dec and now it’s 21st and I still haven’t received the parcel. So much for next day delivery.

Never order anything from this company. Their products are faulty, rip offs. If you complain they will pretend to help and then stop responding. It is a con set up and you will lose your money. You have been warned in the nicest possible way.

Ordered Causual Denim Dress which was too big.
Sent it back in August proof of purchase. Not received my money back.
Sent numerous e-mails.
No response.
Left with out refund.

Terrible experience! I ordered a jumper. They sent me a blouse and would not accept a return. They finally agreed to a 30 % refund, but I never received it and they stopped responding. Do not buy anything from them!

The website was advertised on Facebook, and I believed it was the genuine brand “Izabel London”. The listing name “Isabela London” is misleading and appears to imitate the real brand. I was directed to their website and made a purchase.
The item I received does not match the advertised product: it arrived unlabelled, is of very poor quality, and is completely different from the “premium windproof coat” described on the site. The return policy was also not clearly shown at checkout, and the information provided after purchase was inconsistent and unclear.
This appears to be a misleading or fraudulent website designed to imitate a legitimate brand and sell unbranded goods under false advertising.

Clicked a link on Facebook and took me to a shop called Isabella London, with a beautiful shop front. Website stated goods would be despatched following day by Royal Mail. Everything was on sale so I placed an order for a few items.

A few days went by and no goods arrived - the penny dropped - I had been truly hooked - goods were coming from China 😡. Goods arrived today - all absolute rubbish and when trying to return I found out that sales goods cannot be refunded - everything on the website was in the sale! Lesson learnt - check out shop before ordering. I can’t access the Facebook page now but my daughter has done so and reported them.
