Advertising scam. Purchase items that never arrive

This company is a scam. I’ll be taking action. They have taken the money twice for an item I bought for my daughter as a Christmas present and despite numerous emails to their help email there has been no reply. Please please be wary.

scam! It´s ashammed that this shop still selling with so many people disappointed

It’s a scam!! I ordered 4 items and got only 2 of them and it was terrible quality. They don't answer my emails i think i lost my money after 5 months i am waiting.

Ordered a Jumpsuit in July got an email confirmation, never received it until mid of September. Wrote several emails, never got a response.

Worst company ever.. I bought a bathing suit in April and I still have not received it yet. I emailed them to get an update and they stated they sold out. I asked for a refund and nothing. Then they wanted me to pick another bathing suit and still nothing. We are in September now and I am still waiting on their response. Do not buy anything from this company.!!!

I never received my order. They didn't respond to any of my emails.

I have ordered for a lot of money. Cheap, chinese garment, does not look like the pic. AI generated pic. I have sent back the items, they do not want to refund. They are not answering mails. I have asked for Chargeback from the bank.

My order took 2 months to arrive, of course it is chinese made and not spanish made..
The clothe was very small and bad quality, I decided to sent it back, they received the parcel but never refund me. (150€)

Worst Online Shopping Experience Ever!
I placed my order on June 3rd, and it didn’t arrive until July 18th — more than six weeks later! Completely unacceptable delivery time. When the clothes finally arrived, they didn’t fit as expected, so I contacted customer service to initiate a return.

Despite multiple attempts, nobody responded, and I was ignored completely. Because of their lack of response, I missed their return window of 14 calendar days. I was effectively ghosted, and now I’m stuck with clothes I don’t want and can’t use.

Total waste of money and by far the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. Avoid this company — there is zero accountability and no customer support.

Not even worth 1 star. They’re fake and just cheap Chinese quality. They pretend it’s from Spain, but it literally comes from China. I ordered 3/4 products and they arrived one by one, only after months. They don’t respond at all and just wait for the 14-day return window to expire so they don’t have to accept returns. This is a total scam with their fake, poor-quality products. Don’t buy anything from them!!! I’ve basically lost my 300 euros.

Chinese frauds. Clothing looks nothing like on pictures. They accepted my return but I received the parcel return as they never picked it up.

If I could give them negative stars I would! Absolute rubbish!! I ordered two items (black bathing suit and a gold plated bracelet with a aquamarine blue stone) thr order was placed on 9 May. Items came separately one in July and one in August - NONE of them were as described/pictured. There is little to no communication from the company when I chased up on delivery and when the items arrived and I asked for a refund. Items are coming from a province in China and NOT from Spain as inducated. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ISABELINASS! THEY ARE A SCAM!! The quality is extremely poor, no communication and they juat take your money. I wish I'd NEVER came across their website.

If there was an option to give no stars I would. My order took 8 weeks to arrive for a start & it was only shipped out to me because of the constant emails I sent to chase up. I no longer wanted to item as I order it for an event so asked to return it - I have returned it 2 weeks ago and the returns address they provided me with was unable to receive my order as no one was at the delivery address so I am uot £150 out of pocket. THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM. Please do not purchase anything from this company.

Summer clothes bought online in march arrived one of the last days of July. Online described as linen clothes, but actually very little linen, mostly cotton and synthetic. Cheap Chinese quality, bad design and not worth the money.

Run don't walk away. Shipping took 2 months. When I finally understood it wasn't coming on time I asked to cancel. Customer service is completely non responsive. Product was poor quality, wrong colour and they refused to accept a refund. It is a scam to steal your money.

The product was below every expectation. It was so bad that you cannot image. Beautiful pictures the worst experience ever. I hope you give my money back. And I hope nobody will buy this.

Wish I have read reviews before I’ve ordered anything from this shop. Delivery taking forever ! And the quality is shocking !!!!! Nothing like on their pictures !!!! Material is different very cheap with thread coming off everywhere !!! An absolute scam !!!

Beware! Total scam! I waited 3 months to receive the order, only to find out the quality is terrible and looks nothing like the picture… After weeks asking for return information and paying for the return shipping, I’ve never heard back from them despite multiple emails…. Do not buy from this website!

$80 for a swimsuit and its nothing like how you advertised. crooks and rip offs.
buy off shein for the same quality. do not trust or waste your money buying anything from this site
