Ethically obliged to give a negative review to help people
Feel ethically obliged to give a review to try a ward people off. Now wishing I read the 1 star reviews earlier - so incredibly similar to my experience. The plumber who came out to investigate our hot water system playing up could not provide any answers, and insisted the only option was to replace the whole system. When I asked him to explain the basis for this view, he couldn't. He came back with a quote that was 4x two quotes I have now subsequently received which was eye-watering and impossible for me to pay. I refused the quote and was handed a phone with his supervisor who asked me to provide my "budget" so they could do the "best they could do". I was thrown because I don't know how much a service should cost - that's their job. They lowered the quote by 1K which still seemed exorbitant and the whole thing felt predatory and aggressive - when I said I wanted to think about it they insisted that the quote was only available for 1 day. The environment of duress was strange and concerning. I would highly recommend people stay away from this business.

Sean came out to fix a problem with water being retained in a downpipe.
He explained what needed to be done
Then got to work to fix it .he discovered roots in drain and tried his very best to eliminate them .
I found Sean to be very professional and a very nice guy .
I would recommend Sean to anyone who needs a good plumber

Awesome service! Came out to inspect a blocked storm drain, super friendly team. Inspected, provided me with a report, and replaced the drain / pit all on the same day. Left the place looking tidy, provided all the reports and even replaced the down pipe for free. Top service.

Alarm bells started ringing when I had…
Alarm bells started ringing when I had booked them over a week ago to be first job in the morning, they gave 730 to 8 time slot. Didn't show. I called them and they said the plumber encountered issues with the first job of the day, I said we were supposed to be the first job of the day. We agreed a new time of 10am. They then called and said the truck had broken down and was going to be towed. I rescheduled my day and we agreed on a 1pm time. The quote was jaw dropping. We honestly thought they had inadvertently added an extra 0 on the end by mistake - nope. We paid the call out fee and parted ways. Have since had another plumber fix our simple leaking loo and there was no extra 0 on the end.
