I ran into a problem with my order that was quickly resolved once it was reported.

Have requested a refund like so many others have and am getting the same responses. Received the discount and store credit email. But have not received the requested refund process email as of yet. The watch itself is absolute poor quality and massive in size. I am not a small man and thing is huge on me looks ridiculous. I highly recommend not purchasing from this site as it is a Chinese drop shipping company nothing North American about it. Total scam in my opinion. I'm sure I will get the same responses as everyone else who has tried to get a refund.

What made my experience with Ironway so good, was the arrival of my 3 watches in the letter box. Communication, service and presentation, was spot on. Well done, too the Ironway team.

Easy to order nice watch! Well made! Delivered in good condition! I was looking for battery swap instructions but didn't notice anything! That's my only concern right now! I'm sure the battery will last awhile

Nice watch, its durable and looks good. I love that its designed in the USA but I don't like that it's made in China. I thought it was USA made.

I wanted to get two different styles of the same watch but when the order arrived, they were identical.
Can I return one for a trade?
Other than that, I think the day/date display is useless, and the second hand is really difficult to see.
I do like the wristband.

Setting day and date rotation clockwise then counterclockwise, function setting date no luck. Time has been accurate but one number off for date.

I ordered the diver's watch and arrived it was impressive to see in the box. if you don't like a large watch this one is not for you.

the watch and the metal band is nice and solid the crown threading down into the watch to seal it is a plus and shows someone knew what they were doing when it was designed

Not had it a long time but so far, the watch is spot on with keeping proper time. Used a watchband adjustment tool to remove the links so it fit proper, the pins came out easy but had to use a jewelers hammer to tap them back into place the tolerance was too tight for the tool pin to push the link pins back into place into the band links.

Doubt i will be looking for a watch for a very long time.

Product arrived in great shape and have been enjoying it ever since. Look forward to seeing how well it holds up down the road. Keeping time very well.

I’ve been wearing mine while doing concrete for about a week now. The glass has no scratches and the frame and wrist band are holding up very well overall definitely worth it if you’re looking for a rugged watch. You will need to break in the watch band so it is more comfortable.
