I ordered 2 tank tops over a month ago, and the package is still nowhere near arriving.
I requested a refund since their website clearly states delivery takes 10–14 days, but instead of taking responsibility, they keep asking me to wait longer and longer without refunding my money.
Very poor customer service, an extremely frustrating experience, and I will definitely never shop here again.
**I’ll add that in the end they did refund my money, but only after a very long process that could have been much easier and shorter for both sides.
I also received both tank tops and they are really nice, so it’s important for me to mention the positive side as well 😇😇
That said, I would still appreciate speaking with a manager to share my feedback and suggestions regarding the overall process and customer experience.

Product is great however
Product is great however, there was no update as to delivery estimation or when product was delivered. I had to send a message via IG to find out what was happening and still didn’t receive delivery date. I have received my packet almost 2 weeks now and it is still showing “awaiting delivery details”.

The shirts I receive from Ironpandafit use good material and well-made. I love the messages. If you order a pump cover, just know that it is sized the same as a regular shirt. In other words, order a size up or two if you want to use it as a pump cover.

The workout shirts are really nice, the only complaint I have is how they are shaped at the bottom. I would prefer it to be straight line rather then what your company already does, which is oval. Overall great quality and awesome designs.

I ordered an XL size, it's very baggy for XL's i own, but also much shorter than XL's i own. And I usually love deep hoods, but this one is SO big it covers half my face lol

This is the description of the tshirts I ordered but I received something far from it. They were NOT relaxed and NOT oversized whatsoever! Definitely could not get a full range of motion with the shirts i was received am very disappointed at the product I received as they were a regular sized tshirt. Did not get the return protection because spending was limited but I will never buy any product from this company again!!!

Delivery took a little longer than expected but I am happy to have received my items. I sized up on the shorts I bought since I’ve generally found workout clothes to be relatively tight, even if they’re not fitted or compression style.
The cut of these shorts is generous. While not too big, they definitely are roomy. I may wear them for lifts, treadmill and maybe even an outdoor jog but probably not in MMA since I’d want a pair I can tie a little more securely.

I really wish they would use better materials. It's something you're working out in. Needs to be soft and not sand paper like. Cool design but if I could do it over again, I wouldn't buy this shirt so I can't recommend this business.

Horrible
Never experienced such a slow delievery. I contacted customer service om April 17th, they said they'd rush it forward. Still haven't recieved anything. It hasn't even landed in Europe. The order was placed mid March. Don't bother ordering anything from these guys. Obviously they don't take their customers seriously.
(Update after receiving a reply: I sent a new e-mail May 6th, and did not get much more help then either. Was simply told to wait a "few more days")
