My Go To Online Hardware Store
Always great service with this company. Prices normally can’t be beaten and everything is delivered promptly and packaged well.
Had an issue with one item in order as a few screws missing (the order not me!) sorted promptly and communication was great.

Exceptional service from Drew!
Dealt with Drew on a few occasions and his product knowledge was second to none.
He also kept me informed re: the delivery time of parts and was very friendly and professional at all times.
He was able to source parts quicker than others and also when other suppliers couldn't! Fabulous supplier!
Will be our 1st go-to supplier from now on.

Good door handles and good service
I ordered internal door handles. They had a good selection and easy ordering process. Delivery was quick and handles seem to be qood quality.
I had an issue with attaching the handles. I phoned and the jouner talked it through with the company and we managed to overcome the issue.
One suggestion for improvement would be some photographs showing how the handles are attached. This handle type definately needs professional installation

I called them several times with questions about door handles, hinges, and latches, and every single time their team was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Hi Steve, I spoke with our warehouse team, and I can confirm the following:
Your order was placed with us on Saturday 28th March, processed by our warehouse team on Monday 30th March and dispatched on Tuesday 31st March.
Our courier DX tried to deliver to you on 2nd April, but there was no-one at the address, so they left a card asking you to contact them to arrange re-delivery.
They did not hear from you, so have scheduled re-delivery for today. One of my fellow directors called you twice this morning to let you know this but there was no reply.
Trustpilot does not allow us to attach images to this response, however I have attached photographic evidence via email to you showing the attempt to deliver, and the DX tracking information.
If there is no-one at the address today to receive the package, it will be returned to us, and we will issue a full refund to you.
When we get it wrong , we put our hands up and accept responsibility, however in this instance our processes have not been at fault.
We feel that a 2 star review, in these circumstances, is not merited, and we would respectfully ask you to re-consider.
