3+ weeks to withdraw $
I’ve been a user of Ironbeam and Firetip for more than 10 years. Recently I’ve had horrible delays with fund withdrawal and poor access to customer service (I’ve been waiting for thousands of dollars for more than 3 weeks, they blamed a bad address and then tried to charge me $35 for a new check) and decided to try TD Ameritrade. I don’t think I’ll ever look back.

Just funded my account so can’t speak for the trading side of things yet, but so far customer service has been amazing. Speedy and friendly calls, offering help with my setup into the SierraChart platform, even offered me continued help without knowing if I would continue the application process at first. Canadian and Ninjatrader user
As a Canadian and Ninjatrader user, I was set up with IRONBEAM by an IB. This past summer, I went direct with IRONBEAM. Customer service was sometimes curt, but objectives achieved. Rithmic connection is fast and more reliable than prior CQG connection.

Regarding FireTip X
Regarding FireTip X. The only gripe I have is when I open app on iPad and goto a different app, I have to set up FireTip all over again. This may be a security issue but I wish I could navigate between apps without needing to set up FireTip every time I leave and return to app.
Otherwise I am very happy with IronBeam, and the service provided.
If IronBeam is not at associated with FireTip X, my apologies for the gripe not in your control.

UPDATE: I have set up Face ID and it works great. I can now close/sleep iPad and when I re-open FireTip all is restored. Thank you for a great service.

i am a former head trader in a bank and since i left i joined ironbeam with my personal account
here is my experience with them
1st they have fantastic fills in bonds way better than any broker i know
i sit beside my fiancee who uses 2 other brokers and fills are less fast than i get even if putting orders same time i get filled bef4 it goes bid/offer at my price
2nd the few times i have had technical issues Mike Murphy the broker or customer service has always been very helpful and quick in its response and very fair .i really have only good things to say about them and am not making any of this up .
I would recommend them strongly to anyone who wishes to day trade futures for their fills and their service

Best Futures broker I have found
Best Futures broker I have found. Have been with most Futures broker, Ironbeam services and platform combination outshines the competition by a mile. Not only do they give near instant response to service needs, but their platform is the most feature rich free platform I have seen in a long while. I feel as if I have finally found a company I am happy to grow my account with.

Love the customer service
After fifteen years with Interactive Brokers and a short stint with AMP, I find myself at the right place with Ironbeam. With all others things equal (choice of platform, cost, speed of execution), I actually am getting support in a timely fashion. I strongly recommend that people unhappy elsewhere, give Ironbeam a try.

I like Ironbeam and my broker a lot
I like Ironbeam and my broker a lot. In terms of account size and number of positions taken, I could very well be the smallest client they have. Yet, I am not at all treated that way. When in need of help or have a question, responses are respectful, clear and prompt. I highly recommend Ironbeam as this is a great firm to be with!
