It's not even worth 1 star. NEVER received my item, contacted the company several times no response, asked for a refund still no response, very frustrating and unprofessional company, lost out on money and package. Appalling. Definitely do not recommend. AVOID!!!

Very poor quality playsuit received. Cheap, shiny fabric, unfinished seams. On contacting customer service, they offered me £10 to keep the item. They refused to provide a name and address for the return and I've lodged a complaint with Klarna regarding the item. Paid extra for fast shipping, it took nearly a month to arrive. Disappointing experience.

This company took a month to send me something (red flag number one). They had a weird shipping company (red flag number two). Finally, when I opened it, the material is so cheap and see through (red flag number three) and when I asked to return it, they said I can either get a $10 or pay for the cost to ship it back tO CHINA. Do not buy from this company!!!! Total instagram scam.

I never even saw clothes looking like this...very very poor quality!!

The westernclothing on their website are so beautiful, I had to make me only pick two, I would have bought everything...
I waited like a couple of weeks.
When I picked up the box, I already knew this would be bad.
So light of weight!
Not even looking like a dress, looks nothing like it, it's a scam!
They offered me 10 dollar refund, without sending the junk back.
I did not agree, I payed nearly 80 dollar for two dresses.
However, they can not give me more than 20.
They promissed me the refund.
I don't really believe in that, but anyway, DO NOT BUY anything from them!!

Product just arrived- cheap looking and wayyyyyy too small. I am trying to return it (like the website says I can) and the shipping department is arguing with me and calling me "Dear" before they say rude things. They are literally refusing to accept the return, offering me $10 after I spent $50 on this junk.

I CAN CONFIRM, THEY DEFINITELY USE STOLEN ART. A NUMBER OF PRODUCTS HAVE MY DESIGNS PRINTED ON THEM: I NEVER GAVE THEM MY PERMISSION.

USING SOMEONE ELSE'S ARTWORK WITHOUT THEIR CONSENT AND PROFITING FROM IT IS FLAGRANT INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY THEFT. IT’S A CRIME, NOT A COMPLIMENT.
WHEN YOU MAKE A PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY, IT’S MOST LIKELY, THE REAL ARTIST GETS NOTHING AND YOU RECEIVE A POOR QUALITY, COUNTERFEIT PRODUCT.
THE ONLY WINNERS ARE THE THIEVING SCAMMERS AT IRISESY OFFICIAL.

IRISESY OFFICIAL COULD IMPROVE BY HIRING THEIR OWN DESIGN TEAM AND NOT STEALING FROM ARTISTS WHO ARE TRYING TO MAKE A LIVING THROUGH THEIR CREATIVITY.

I ordered two dresses because on their website they say 100% cotton to find they are 95% polyester and 5% spandex. Shoddy and misleading. They look nothing like the picture. I feel very disappointed and let down considering what they cost me in NZD. However I did still get the product which is why I gave 2 stars.
