Well - I realise now that I have also been scammed BIG TIME ! I ordered 6 dresses in their current Sale spending €169! Like everyone else (now that I have just read all these alarming reviews) I was given a tracking number, the parcel was marked delivered to my post box. Nothing ever arrived, I asked my reliable postman - no nothing has been delivered. Lies right from the start! I have sent 3 emails requesting a new delivery or full refund - no response whatsoever!!! How can we stop this company from stealing our money? Be warned - NEVER place an order with Iridescentsy!

I would like to add to the plethora of comments from people who have had a bad experience from this non existent company!! I thought I was buying my wedding dress and attempted to buy my dress a ear ahead of schedule which cost £100.!! Despite making endless calls to seek its whereabouts I was informed that it had been sent! 3 months later still yet no sign of the dress...

This is a bogus company and must stop trading...!! Is there anyone out there to get this bogus company EXPOSED!!! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY, THEY DO NOT EXIST!!

I do not know WHY this website is still up. I was scammed! Then I read the bad reviews afterwards (unfortunately). After ordering, I never received anything. They sent me a tracking number which was fake.
DHL told me that the tracking number they gave me was for someone else! Apparently an order was sent but to somewhere else! They DID respond to my emails, saying that they were going to look into it and telling me to get back to THEM. I emailed them 3 times, but they disappeared. Now they are back up! Will someone PLEASE take them down?!?!

I'm pretty sure this company is a scam. I ordered 3 dresses for my elopment at the end of 2023 and they never arrived despite company providing tracking details and getting notification that package had been delivered. I emailed x 3 and no reply. Too late to request chargeback unfortunately. Ended up having to find a dress 2 days before my wedding and dropped another $1000!

Irredecentsy is posing as na official company website. But they only have pictures of dresses that do not exist. Be careful

Hi there, I purchased a dress from the iridescentsy website. I ordered roughly just over a month before to allow time to arrive. After the order was shipped the tracking was showing in transit although when delivered was not my address. Thinking it was the delivery carrier, I raised an enquiry with the company I had bought the dress from, after trying to prove to them I hadn’t received the order, they had replied back to advise they had put the wrong customer details on my package and delivered to wrong address. Now I had no time to order again before the event. No dress for the event.
I contacted iredescentsy, although due to me wanting a refund they took their time, I still had to accept the refund less the shipping fee, even though they made the mistake. I understand mistakes can happen, although you need to be accountable for your actions and fix the problem. I questioned this with the company and they said that if I wanted the shipping fee, they would have to claim through the delivery carrier. That isn’t my problem. That’s between the delivery carrier and the company not the customer! Why am I having to wait for a claim to be processed. The company should refund the customer and they chase it up with the delivery carrier. I was told 2 separate times they would raise a claim and then to be told they can’t refund the shipping fee.
A Very poor customer service experience! I will never recommend this company.
I would be wary of this company and make sure you read the reviews before purchasing!

Total scam company. Product never received and no response from them 😔.

I paid too many clothes and they said they had sent them away but it never came and when you write to them they refuse to reply.

It’s a fraud company. Do not trust them.they said they delivered my item but it didn’t turn up.they were replying my emails but kept me waiting for 4 months saying they will re deliver it but I didn’t get and lost my money.they gave tracking number but it shows store is closed.

Less than one star. This company is an absolute disgrace. Last August I placed an order for my daughter’s wedding. Dress did not arrive - went to a completely different state. They tried to tell me it had been delivered. Asked me to be patient while they investigated. Heard NOTHING. Again I emailed. Told the same thing. I insisted it had not been delivered. They asked if they could try again. I agreed. AGAIN it went to a different state! It really isn’t that hard to deliver to the correct address! Again, I complained, again told it had been delivered, again asked if they could resend it. Again I said yes. It STILL has not arrived, my daughter’s wedding is over, I had to purchase another dress and still have not received my refund. And it will cost me shipping - for what? I haven’t even received anything!! Disgraceful company! Don’t buy from them!

I have been scammed too - the dress for my daughter’s wedding has not turned up. Fortunately I have plenty of time to find another. Having emailed them, I’ve had no reply. So I’ve lost $37 which isn’t great but, more worryingly, I’ve also had someone trying to empty my bank account since using the site. Lesson learned - will always check a website in future before ordering. If I’d read Trustpilot first I would not have placed the order. It was painful to put one star on this review so it would be great to be able to put a negative thumbs down mark on a dangerous site like this.

I ordered and paid for seven velvet coats I was told they had been delivered which was nonsense as I work from home and nothing arrived I mistakenly thought they had gone out of business and I would just have to cop the loss but I see they are still going

I ordered 2 dresses for the first time with Iridescentsy. I was pleased because the 2 outfits looked nice in the pictures and I needed them for a special occasion. I live in the UK and delivery time was up till 15 days.
So I continued to track my orders and on the 15th day to my surprise, according to their tracking information, they stated they had delivered my items to my neigbour and they even took a fake picture of someone's house. I checked with my neighbours who hadn't received any delivery.
I've sent 2 separate emails asking for a refund, but they haven't responded to my emails.
I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this bogus company.
This company is 100 percent fake.
Please do not order anything from them as they will take your money and lie that they delivered your items.

This website is also called Wonala and is a SCAM. THhey use both website. Take your money and deliver nothing. You get information that your order has been shipped and a fake tracking number. Over 2 months and received nothing. Still fighting and now offering to refund only 30% of what I paid. And this is after constant nagging them. So be warned, do not waste your money. The clothes looks beautiful but they don't exist. They are using someone else work to still from people. AVOID AVOID AVOID. BE WARNED ⚠️

Said they had delivered but I was home all day and nothing was delivered.
Repeatedly emailed them. They told me they were contacting courier .... 'please wait'. I contacted them again same thing.

This site is a scam. Don’t waste your time or money. My order looked all official; gave me tracking information, etc., but then showed a delivery confirmation that did not happen. I reached out to customer service three time and zero response. Took my money!

I placed an order on September 3rd. It stays it was delivered to Troy, MI in October and I live in Indianapolis, IN. They keep telling me they are going to arrange a reshipment, but it's going on 4 months since I ordered and I have nothing. I have requested my money back several times and they keep saying they are reshipping my order or I can get a 30% refund. What type of business doesn't deliver on their end, but wants to only offer you less than half of what you paid? I wish I would have read the reviews because it would have saved me a lot of time, money, and frustration. I'm hoping this site gets taken down so people can stop losing money to this scam!

If only I could give zero stars! Ordered a coat, delivered by Evri. Coat never came. Very long winded process. Iridescentsy assured me they would re-post and get my coat to me before the Xmas hols. Just gone to track my parcel and it's ended up somewhere totally different! Absolutely awful experience. This is not a legit company. Now going to battle to get my money back!
