Ordering unit was easy but actually having the unit shipped was a problem. I thought I’d give iRestore the benefit of the doubt and maybe this was a one off. About 3 weeks later I ordered the pads and checked where my unit was at. I did receive the unit in the next couple days but now I’m waiting for the larger pads. It doesn’t even look like they are in the process of sending those out yet.

1 day after completing about their shipping delays I now get a message saying my order is on the way. Please update your review. I have a problem with this. I shouldn’t have to update my review at all because the fact is it was still delayed.

Bought the helmet in 2024. Used every day for over a year, which made no difference. Asked if I could get a refund and was told I should have made a claim a month prior to the 12th months' anniversary, that's not been made very clear with regards to the return policies at the beginning. Don't buy into hype.

Worked around my vacation plans, and kept me updated through the whole process. I just received the helmet device. The instructions were clear, and concise, and I started using it. The one thing I'd change: Instructions say you need to use it every other day for 16 weeks and thereafter as often as needed for optimal results. But there's a card that says you don't reach maximum grown until 18-24 months after you start using the thing. So, it's not clear how you'd know what results are optimal until after the 24th month. It's kind of contradictory. I'd think you would need to use the thing as instructed, at least until you're sure it has reached its maximum effectiveness, then you could taper off so long as it stays at the same level. Anyway, I'd try to harmonize these two stories.

I’m genuinely extremely disappointed with the purchasing process. I was recommended this product through a video, and after watching it, I was bombarded with nonstop ads, emails, and texts. Not only that, but the coupon I tried to apply simply didn’t work. When I complained about this, all I was offered was a mere $50 discount. To make matters worse, the helmet didn’t arrive directly at my doorstep. When I finally found the time to go and collect it, the box was in a state of disarray. And to add insult to injury i keep getting non stop messages from them.

I have been using the iRestore Elite for four days. So far it meets all my expectations. It is comfortable to wear, easy to use, and made of high quality materials. Only time will tell if it will improve the density and overall health of my hair, but if the first four days are any indication, I should be very pleased.

IRestore is a great company with fantastic high quality LED products. I bought the Helmet, then the Eye Mask, then Face Mask and now I’m waiting for the Neck & Chest to be delivered. I also bought their eyebrow and eyelash serums; they work great & are safe without prostaglandins! Every single product is TOP QUALITY, highly engineered. I have the Omnilux and Dennis Gross LED masks/devices and iRestore is far, far superior. Excellent customer service as well.
