Ireland Walk Hike Bike (IWHB) arranged a wonderful cycling holiday for me, my father and two friends. The cycling routes around the Ring of Kerry minimized travel on busy roads. All the lodgings were at B&Bs or small hotels with friendly staff and excellent breakfast. They provided detailed cue sheets and a GPS app to provide turn by turn instructions. Navigating through the Irish countryside was easy.

Unfortunately, my father (85 yrs.) crashed his bike towards the end of our first day cycling. He hit the ground hard, bumped his head, and cracked a rib. Several bystanders stopped to offer assistance. When IWHB was called by the other riders, they came to provide assistance with the bikes and transport for the rest of our group. I spent many hours with my father in an Irish hospital emergency room awaiting treatment. IWHB director, Linda Woods visited us in the emergency room, and brought us a meal during the long wait and spoke with the ER staff to identify reasons for the delay.

Due to his injuries, my father was unable to cycle for the rest of the trip, and was not well enough to fly home. IWHB arranged transfers for my father and another rider to each stop. Most of our group were able to continue riding with one person staying with my father each day. Each day someone from IWHB called to check on my father’s condition and to offer any assistance required.

My father is now home recovering. He has no permanent injuries but he will be sore for a few weeks. It wasn’t the holiday he was hoping for, but he remembers the kindness of the Irish people, particularly the staff of IWHB. IWHB’s support was excellent they showed a real concern for their customers. I will book my next trip to Ireland with them!

Maurice W helped us create a wonderful itinerary for our 3 weeks in Ireland. They were very attentive, flexible and easy to work with. They really want you to have a great trip and stay in touch while you are there. Our trip was self-guided, part with drivers arranged with IWHB and part with a car we rented. I would definitely plan a trip again with their great knowledge and heart!

Such an easy, stress-free way to travel. They took the hassle out of planning each and every single day, but the itinerary gave us the flexibility to go with our own flow too. As we traveled from town to town we never had to worry about finding a good place to stay, a good meal, or finding something to do. Exceptional communication throughout the trip too just to check in with us or answer questions if we had them.

Great holiday and nothing much went wrong so cant ask for much more!! Must indicate good planning and experience as its the amateurs usually the ones to stuff things up

I booked a holiday for the fourth time with IrelandWalkHikeBike. As usual the hikes were great, so were the guides. Accommodations very different: from small B&B's to bigger guesthouses. The Irish food is excellent. So I will be back in Ireland ...

Great experience! We took the Aran, Connamara, Burren 8 day hike. It was very well planned and organized. Great support from Maurice as he checked in throughout the trip. Everything went off without a hitch. Directions and maps were great and easy to follow. The B&Bs were comfortable and clean with great folks willing to go above and beyond. It was a fantastic trip and I would definitely recommend Ireland walk hike bike to plan your trip!

I friend and I recently spent a week on the Dingle Guide Assisted Walk. It was a great experience and exceeded expectations in many ways. The scenery was wonderful and the flexibility of the walks was amazing! The trip is advertised as having 3 walking options each day but in fact there were many more than that. Our guide met us at key points along the way and offered lifts if we wanted. This was particularly appreciated on road walking sections where we took up the offer to get to the next off-road section. Our guide took great care of us - met us at the end of each walk and even walked up the trail to find us.

Customer service from Petrina Lynch after committing to my bike trip was excellent. Accommodations during the trip were great. The only area for improvement would be the written directions during the cycling stages. I am proficient with maps but got off the trail a couple of times during the first two days because the directions were not clear.

The overall experience was good. The weather was horrible which no one can control. Food experience lacked planning and was unremarkable. Overall the experience was good I would not do it again

They are very good at meeting your needs and making sure you are taken care of.

I stumbled onto IWHB by chance over the internet. My first hike with them was an 8-day guided hike in Kerry, which was absolutely wonderful in every possible way. I was impressed out of my skull with how well-organized everything was and how knowledgeable the guide (and of course how beautiful the views but IWHB can only be held partially accountable for those).
I went on my second hike with IWHB two years later, this time on a self-guided one. The views were beautiful again (and the sheep, oh the sheep), and I was again as pleased as I could be: with the package they prepared for us and with the accommodations and the transfers.
I will be coming back again and again.

This was my first visit and hike in Ireland, it was amazing.
It will not be my last visit Iám sure of that.

We booked the 5-day hike of the Dingle Peninsula. We greatly enjoyed the hikes and the accommodations. The materials provided before and during the trip were extremely helpful. The phone app was excellent. We stayed in Ireland for a week after our hike ended. Our hike was the absolute highlight of an all-around wonderful trip.

We recently returned from the 8-day self-guided hike through the Burren, Aran Islands and Connemara - it was fantastic! The scenery was stunning and varied throughout the trip. Our lodging and food were wonderful and we enjoyed seeing places we might otherwise not have seen. The detailed instructions were extremely helpful as was the app. When we hit a snag in our plans, Maurice with IWBH was always available via phone and able to offer immediate assistance. We were very satisfied with our trip and will book with them again. We highly recommend Ireland Walk, Bike, Hike.

I went on the eight-day West Cork coast self-guided cycling tour in June. The bike and the accommodations were excellent and the route is very enjoyable with some tremendous views of the coast but it is tough. You need to be prepared to do some climbing. Going up through the Gap of Dunloe was a highlight. I felt the burn the first couple of days but settled into a nice rhythm after that. The towns along the route were enjoyable and there was a lot of great music in the pubs. The weather was terrible but you kind of expect that from Ireland.

My walking tour with IrelandWalkHikeBike exceeded expectations. The guide was a wealth of information about archeology, history, and current events. The B&Bs were welcoming and accommodating. The other participants were friendly and interesting. And the hikes and scenery were spectacular. I loved it!

IWBH organized a 6 day walking holiday on the Kerry Way for us. We could not have been more satisfied with IWBH's organization, communication, responsiveness, and with the arrangements it made on our behalf. The staff at IWBH is friendly and delightful to work with. The trip went off without any hitches whatsoever. The accommodations were clean, comfortable and inviting. Every transfer, and every step of the itinerary, went smoothly. And, of course, the scenery, countryside, villages, historical sites, and pubs along the way were exactly as imagined. We would recommend IWBH to anyone interested in an Irish walking holiday and we will use IWBH again if we return for another one.
