The sweaters are lovely and soft, as opposed to the scratchy sort you can get from cheaper brands. They are easy to wash once you follow the instructions. I took one star away as I ordered my mother the same jumper as my own but it arrived in a different, brighter shade of blue despite being the same jumper I received as a gift.
Great sweaters, but they let themselves down. When exporting to the UK, they added EU VAT and then I had to pay UK VAT on top on delivery. That's UK VAT on the product plus UK VAT on the EU VAT! The rules are that they should not charge VAT when exporting. I was ripped off.
