Easy to place an order. There are two types of batteries fo my model of the laptop, which I was unaware of, however with the very good info on the WEB site I was able to order the correct one. Fast shipping, somewhat slow delivery by the post.

Chinese not Irish company.
So firstly Irelandbattery.com is a Chinese company not Irish.
My battery despite being locally in stock has been 10 days in transit so far. Now as I live in Ireland I could have walked there and collected it by now several times over.
The tracking details show it's in Germany, or Holland depending on what bit I read.
I have a frustrated customer and either there are some amazingly false reviews on here or it's amazingly coincidental that every Irish purchaser I have talked to about this company has had similar experiences.
I can't honestly say I expect this battery to ever arrive, and if it does it's probably going to be a cheap knock off masquerading as a genuine part. Very disappointed and I won't ever be using them again.

We completely understand your concern regarding the transit delay. Unfortunately, sometimes parcels may be rerouted between European hubs (such as Germany or the Netherlands) before reaching Ireland. I won’t lie, I didn’t fully trust this website at first but as I was out of options, I took a chance buying from here, got exactly what I ordered, and sooner than I expected too. The only gripe I have is that the star head screwdriver that came with the new battery was too small and couldn’t be used to unscrew the old battery so I had to use my own screwdriver.

Don't be fooled by the company name
Don't be fooled by the company name, but don't be put off buying either. The batteries seem to come directly from China even though the shipping is through Netherlands Post. Don't expect it quickly, I have ordered twice and both times they took about 3 weeks to a month to arrive but they were fine when they did. This would be a 5 star company if they could improve shipping times.

Shocking company to deal with
Shocking company to deal with. I order a battery for my drill well over four weeks. There very slow to answer queries and when they do, they blame stocking issues. TBH I've given up on receiving it at this piont. I would of been quicker jumping on a plane and going to the Chinese factory where there made and bringing it back home. Word of advise don't buy from this company.

Great selection of batteries at good prices. Bought a laptop battery last year and now a generic battery for my Dyson V10. Nearly half the price of a Dyson branded battery and has considerably more capacity. Items have arrived within a week from the Netherlands each time.
