To be completely clear: irelandbattery.com sells compatible replacement batteries, not OEM/original Shark-branded batteries. The “Shark XSBT700” wording on our site and confirmation refers to device compatibility (the model the battery fits), not the brand printed on the battery casing. This is stated on our product pages (brand names are used for identification of compatibility only).

Please rest assured that even without the SHARK logo, the battery is safe and reliable, fully tested, and designed specifically for your Shark XSBT700 vacuum cleaner. Many customers have successfully used compatible batteries without any problems.

That said, we understand your concern about warranty coverage and labeling. If you’d prefer not to keep the battery, we can arrange a return for a refund (or a replacement if you prefer). We also provide a 12-month warranty on the battery itself.
