Govt should be ashamed on running a…

Govt should be ashamed on running a website like irctc.co.in. Some of the major functionalities were the website is meant for don't work during some set hours of the day. In this technologically advanced world we feel like we are living in the phase of Jambavan when we use this site. Do sad, don't know when all these services will become better. Our fate!

Rajdhani experience

Hello Sir, Irctc is doing good in some ways no doubt, but I am dissatisfied in Rajdhani Trains,,, like - AK TEJAS RAJ EX Train from Mumbai to Delhi, 3 points...
1. People are selling stuff like a common train
2. Cattle services are closed, we have to look for hot water, bhai garam pani de do, aur chaiye.... 😥
3. Some people are booking food, and sm is not booking,, because of this all time I felt disturbances.
So I FELT THIS IS BEING LIKE A COMMON TRAIN THEN WHY WE ARE PAYING TOO MUCH MONEY FOR THE WORD OF RAJDHANI??.. And curtains facility had removed already, I know for over safety. IF possible please solve all problems, 🙏🙏

I would like to give Zero stars

I would like to give Zero stars. You can't even create an account. All you need is a valid email ID, Adhaar Card and a phone number. How difficult is this??? For a huge public sector organization that has crores of travelers, can they not fix this. This is a nightmare! Plain incompetent managers and IT architects - I dont know what they are smoking?

Tatkal booking impossible, lower births for senior citizens difficult too

Would have given a 5 star rating but these days it is just impossible to book Tatkal tickets online or via the app. The same goes for getting lower births for senior and super-senior citizens. There were times when I have booked tatkal tickets from the website (not even the app) on my mobile in places where the signal is weak (Arattupuzha, Thrissur) but these days it is just impossible to get them. Also, I strongly suspect AI and other technologies are being used to track and gather user responses and information. Tickets in RAC just will not be confirmed even if they are booked two months in advance and even if the RAC number is in single digits. In such cases when there is no choice but to book Tatkal, it fails there too. Wish it was like before.

The worst service provided by Central Railway

The worst service provided by Central govt for passengers is
Running Late Train, Crossing time of 20-30 min per crossing and there is
No any action taken/Initiated by Central govt.
Every train is running late & they don't care about passengers time.
because I thought central govt employees & Politicians are not using train for travelling.
We don't need Vande Bharat.
Improve existing late running trains time table. Specially from Marathwada Region.

Jab waiting list m tha to cancel ka mail daal dete . Aaj Jis din jaana h us din msg aa raha h ticket waiting list m h. IRCTC staff also verry rude ms Neeta she’s really disgusting person overthere.
IRCTC never 👎🏻 recommend to anyone . I also send it to mail but not recieving any rply from irctc . Refund my amount asap.,,

I would give it zero stars if I could.
Absolutely horrendous ticket-booking experience.
First, if you aren't Indian, don't bother using the Ask Disha chatbot. You'll get ALMOST to the end, and then it will ask for your mobile number; BUT ... if you don't have an Indian mobile, there's no option to change the dialling code to anything other than +91. So you're screwed and you've wasted your time.
It costs about £2 to create an account but you'll never need to pay it, because it won't let you do anything until you've verified your phone number AND your email. The trouble is, the code it sends to your phone simply never arrives. So you can't verify your ID and you can't book anything without it.
The ads and pop-ups are constant and super annoying. There's almost no filters e.g. what time you would like to travel, so you have to trawl through thousands of trains to find the one you want (and they aren't even in order of departure time or anything sensible).
I tried to book via irctc to save commission fees from third parties, but having tried for literally days to do it, I'm now in the position where I would sell my actual soul to be able to book a ticket from Delhi to Agra.
DON'T GO NEAR THIS WEBSITE UNLESS YOU HAVE AN INDIAN MOBILE.

Frustrating tatkal booking experience

Trying to book a Tatkal ticket was a real headache. Tried from 10:58 AM. I got logged out of the system eight times, and every time I tried to choose something, there was an error message. The pages took forever to load. The worst part was the system telling me the Tatkal window wasn't open, even at 11:02 AM. Buggy app and website.

One of the worst websites to book tatkal IRCTC.

One of the worst websites to book Tatkal tickets.
Whenever the time comes, the server gets hung, and no tickets are available. The waiting list goes up to TQWL 38, which has been cancelled next time
You know that every passenger visits your server daily, so why aren't you guys upgrading your system?
