I ordered a soft play unit in 2023. It took months to arrange delivery. Then on the morning of delivery they sent another message saying they couldn't come. After I complained as I had kept that day free and had been put off twice , they arranged delivery and installation.
The guys were rude and abrupt and only left half the mats I needed.
After trying for 6 months to get replacement mats , I eventually bought some from elsewhere.
Then March 2025 , one of our slides got damaged. I got told delivery would be beginning of June, June came and I chased them again to be told middle of June. That date came and went so I chased them again end of June.
Finally someone got in touch and said it would be delivered Friday 11th July.
It turned up a day early but the guy had brought one that was to big. ( also charged me £120 for delivery)
I questioned wether the product would fit and he assured me it would.
Myself and my husband stayed until 10pm trying to fit it . It was to heavy for the bracket and I was left with no extra fittings so had nothing to attach it with even if it did fit.
I asked for a refund . I was then sent a picture of a slide and steps that I could of bought from Ebay myself.
Again I asked for a refund. They assured me they finally had the slide i needed but when sending a photo, it didn't show the fittings. A time was agreed on Sunday 27th for delivery and installation between 4pm and 5pm.
So I turned up and waited. At 4.45pm , I received a message saying they where leaving Newcastle and would be with me at 7pm. After all this messing about, I told them not to bother. Collect the wrong slide and refund me
They collected it and only refunded me £140 leaving me me £120 out of pocket and now telling me they won't refund the delivery of a product that would have been dangerous if it had been installed as it was to heavy for the brackets.
Unbelievable shoddy service.
