I have been a customer of IQ Option for a long time, but when I submitted an official request for a detailed financial statement of my transactions, I was surprised by the lack of any actual response from the company.

I have submitted several complaints via email, technical support, and to the complaints department, but the company does not deal with complaints in a professional manner, as it has not yet provided me with a notification of receipt of the complaint or a reference number to follow up on it. Every time I contact them on live support, I hear the same repeated answers that the request is under consideration. Imagine with me that a request for a financial statement requires study for all this time and so far there has been no real progress in resolving the problem.

I am trying to contact the technical support email and the "Complaints Department", but this department does not respond to my messages, and when I call my account manager, he tells me that the relevant department will contact me, which has not happened yet despite the passage of 41 days.

It is unacceptable for a company to delay in fulfilling a legitimate request such as a financial statement, which is a basic right for any customer. This complete disregard and non-response and these methods raise questions about transparency and credibility in dealing with customers. I hope that my request will be responded to as soon as possible and the issue will be addressed seriously, otherwise I will have to take further steps to ensure that my rights are restored.

The platform is user-friendly and this means a lot for traders! Because platform is the main tool in trading.

Great brokerage company that provides a bunch of cool tools for trading. One of these tools is the wide array of technical indicators and various drawing tools that can be applied to the chart.It’s an essential thing for technical traders like myself.

There’s a slight inconvenience because the broker doesn’t support MT. I use its custom indicators, but the broker is legitimate

I adore company's video tutorials because they are considered to be the irreplaceable source of information for me. It'll be better to add some more useful information, as the approach to education has to be complex.

It's a pity that the trading indicators provided by the broker do not show 100% right signals. I calculated that, on average, the indicators give from 60 to 80 percent of the correct signals. Of course, this is enough to make a profit. But I would like to have a perfect indicator.

I will continue trading here cause I already see that it’s not a scam. I made more than enough withdrawals to make sure it’s not going to rip me off.

Nice broker with significant amount of tradable assets and very comfortable trading platform. Conditions can also fit nearly anybody.

I have not checked, but I really wish the broker had a PC version of the trading platform. Not the browser version but the application which is installed on the computer.
It seems to me that this version of the platform is more reliable.

traded here for a while couple of weeks ago and managed to raise some funds. it was a nice experience with this company. everything worked the way it must work and I liked it.

I wanna say that the broker is at least good for trading currencies. As of now I can say nothing more because I didn’t try anything else but I will do a bit later. I faced no pitfalls in registration, verification. The trading process is trouble-free too. I want to add that their web platform is well-organized.

I do no want to exaggerate, but I do want to highlight how profitable it is possible to be here. Once you get a grip on the platform, and you know your assets well, there is no stopping you.

This broker is better broker than last one. It make me happy that broker have good customer support that speak many language. thank you.

Fine broker with many advantages. Trading platform is very handy and customer support is very friendly. Awesome combination.

A couple of weeks ago a broker's account was registered. And now I have passed all the hurdles, such as different types of verification, to start my real trading experience. I have a good feelings about it.

I have been having so many doubts on whether or not I am going to be able to find such a broker, that will be capable and developed enough to handle my trading activity. It has been IQ Options afterall.
