- ich verstehe nicht, warum es unsere HR Abteilung mit so vielen Leuten nicht hinbekommen hat, neue Mitarbeiter für unsere Werkstatt zu finden.
Lina war da und wir hatten über 10 Einstellungen, am Tag der offenen Tür war letztes Jahr kein Bewerber da und jetzt dieses Jahr 2500. Und das haben wir Lina zu verdanken. Was ich sehr cool finde, sind Ihre Anzeigen. Endlich mal was Anderes und weg vom Mainstream. Ich hoffe sehr, das die HR Abteilung von ihr wirklich lernt und was mitnimmt.
