Trade being manipulated, not real market, their own data, also they own choice, i went a call position at the end of the winning i discovered that they changed my position to put so i could loose all the money, also no support at all, hours waiting a reply, don’t trade there isn’t real trade, instead is a legitimate scam, making people around losing their precious money , using they games of big return! Be aware people !

There is a delay on payment after I got an email from timebucks that the payment has been credited to the payment method that I set. Then the surveys should be improved so that us from Kenya we can do them

There is no support from the emails send. I send an emails
on the 26 of October. It is the 31 of October and they have not replied. It has been more than21 days since my withdrawals that I have not received my money because I started to make profitd. I need proof of payment from their side but now they refuge to assist me. I suspect this is a huge scam company. Please be careful not to invest your money here.

Firrst I see this company in early 2018 but they working even before this. I am using since 2023 and very reliable broker.

I had a very bad and painful experience with IQ Option. I deposited $50 and, with a lot of effort and stress, I managed to grow it to $300. When I tried to withdraw just $200, they didn’t process my withdrawal at all. I contacted their support team by email, but it has now been over 2 week and I still haven’t received any reply.
If you don’t want to have the same painful experience as I did, or if you don’t have extra money to lose, I strongly recommend not using this broker.

Most apps earn money for logging in, except for you after depositing.

IQOption: do you realise how bizarre your response is? I am complaining about your support team not responding, and your advice is to turn to your support team with this complaint ??
There was one exchange since then, where Support asked me to send a copy of my Neteller account (instead of the copy of my Skrill account), because " I made my withdrawal request for a Neteller account",... which is, of course a blatant lie (I did not even know that the company Neteller exists before this message). I asked the Support team to send me proof that I did that (screen shots or similar), no communication since then. In the meanwhile I'm getting emails saying that additional fees will be levied because my account is "dormant" (ah, yes, sure, I am waiting for my withdrawal- totally forgot). You all see how that works.

I made one trade only on this platform, which increased my investment by 165%. Yet, my current balance is by 30% less than my initial deposit.
When I pull up the trade details , I see numbers like: commission fee: 75% (!!), custodian fee: 658% (!!).
Then I requested cash withdrawal on Oct 8, after I sent all the documents IQption asked me for. 5 days after my request they sent me a note saying that my request was cancelled, because 'I did not provide the requested documents'.
Then, I wrote a mail on Oct. 13 addressed to support asking 1) what is the reason I lost money despite the profitable trade, 2) Why my withdrawal request was not granted.
The first answer came in saying I have to send the request from the email address linked to my account (although I mentioned all my account details in the mail). I did that immediately, then another mail came in that I have to answer 3 questions related to my account to verify that I am the owner (for a support request!). I answered those immediately, then 2 days later the next response came in asking me to tell on what OS I opened my account. I answered that (Oct. 15), and since then, despite my several inquiries on this support case, they do not even bother to write me anything (at the same time their SLA says that their turnaround time is max. 36 hours).
You see , you are totally at their mercy whom they pay out how much money, what querstions they answer, ... (if you read the other reviews, that confirms exactly that - just ignore the 5-star reviews their reviewers mostly do not even know the proper language they want to write the review in).
