I took what was suppose to be a 15 minute survey for $1.00 and spent 35 minutes on the survey only to receive a notice from iq-dist.2.com and LifePoint.com that the survey is now closed.
The survey concerned my shopping, percentage of shopping and expirences in supermarkets, Aldi's, Sam's Club, Winn Dixie's, Costco, Publix, Albertson's, BJ's, Walmart, etc.
These people are crooks.
I have responded to these surveys and always got paid. No complaints. Sometimes you don't qualify, then you get rejected, so you don't get paid. This usually happens right at the beginning.

Don't waste your time. Doing their survey about hospital services and quality, after doing 10 minutes they kicked me out with the excuse that I didn't meet the qualifications, then I went to another panel and found the same survey working again and this time a server error, and I went to the next panel and found a survey with the same theme from the same service provider. I was curious to do it and provide information that I have taken the survey and the responses have been recorded. There's no reward either. It's really identical between the survey service providers and the quality of the hospital being surveyed
