Scam Subscription Charge
Purchased a tiny thing (Less than £2) from this website only for them to start taking £39.99 every month without my permission. When i tried to log back into the website to cancel any subscription that may have been applied erroneously was told that I dont have a log in and that my email address was not recognised by their system. Now i have to wait for the bank to send me a new card and refund me the funds. 100% Scam. DO NOT USE

Took £40 from my son who paid 0.50p for…
Took £40 from my son who paid 0.50p for his IQ score, without realising he was purchasing a subscription. Their terms and conditions state parents consent is required however he did not have and they did not check he had it. He asked for his money back as soon as he realised (3days later). They have refused him a refund even though their terms and conditions state there is a 14 day cooling off period.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They trick you into thinking once you reach the end of the IQ test you pay just 49p. But you have to obviously put your bank details in in order to pay the 49p which they keep hold of. A couple of days after I paid the 49p over £100 has come out of my bank from this company without my permission. I simply paid 49p for a quick result and have now been frauded and scammed.

Good Service after a slip up on my side
I had some Problem regarding the cancellation of my subscription, which leaded in an unwanted payment from my side.
That wasnt the fault of the site tho as I got some account details mixed up and thus could not cancel the subscription myself. After some time the site owner reached out to me, refunded the payment and closed the subscription right away.
