lousy help desk support
What a lousy help desk support, although very friendly, I logged a call last thursday with a simple not working gmail account. Even though I told them what had happened before (recurring issue) and how it was solved before, they didn't help me. Waiting patiently until 5 days later and still I had not received any solution. After calling back to the help desk, I asked to deal with it while i was on the phone. I was put on hold for 30 minutes without anybody giving me an update about what was going on. When i tried to call back, all lines were busy or something. Still not got a working email. Will quite this service very soon.

Fast service, didn't have to wait at all. The customer support team is very customer oriented. I got some explanation while he was helping me fix the account. Very helpful!
