delays, high customs cost
Delays to get my order, after contacting them they realized the watch was out of stock. a few days later they got the item back and started shipping but they didn't send me any info until I had to ask them for a tracking link. at the end I paid 2x the cost of the watch in customs, so not worth it.

Easy shopping experience
My experience was very seamless and easy! I placed my order and there was a bit of a delay after my order was placed due to procurement, but I was sent an email notifying me of this which a gravely appreciated. The watch arrived safely and I couldn’t be more happier with my new watch!

Overall my experience was very good
Overall my experience was very good. I'm very happy with the Seiko watch I purchased. The purchase was easy and IPPO had exactly what I was looking for at a reasonable price. The watch was shipped internationally relatively quickly. My only criticism is that the import fees should be emphasized more. The information regarding the customer being responsible for these fees is on the website but you have to look for it. That being said, even taking the fees into account, I still think the total cost was reasonable.

it is legit if you ask I spent a lot 3 time piece at same time only took almost 2 weeks to collect 3 item together before it shipped out but no complains once they ship it out the door everything went fast took 4 days Japan to Canada (collecting your item from another seller might take awhile unless they have it in actual ippo store location to ship out within 3 days)

This is my second or third time buying a watch from Ippo Japan, in the last 6 years, I think. I've been really happy with their service, to be honest. The range is good, and the prices are often very competitive with other Japanese online sellers...and Australian, too. Shipping to Australia is fast. Can never complain about that.

Watch is not as described and no communication from seller
The watch appears to be in new condition, although the warranty card is dated from 2021 (I purchased it in 2026), but there is a small piece of dirt or something on the dial itself (under the crystal) and I never received a reply when I emailed Ippo Japan Watch about what to do to resolve this.
I was also charged an extra fee upon delivery, as the package was addressed to a parcel locker, and FedEx did not hand the package over to auspost when they should have, so it cost me $10 extra, which is not much, but just the cherry on top of my disappointment.
Apart from the issues I mentioned, I am happy with the watch, though I'm hesitant to wear it, because as it is 5 years old it is due for a service and now I will have to have it serviced.
Edit:
I have written a new email as you suggested, but I have not received a reply to that one, either, so I'm changing my review to 1 star.
