I love that I have the opportunity to be a part of EBL over the years. I believe I’ve been receiving items since 2018. I have received so many useful items from batteries, fans, charging blocks and everything in between. The excitement of opening an unexpected package is just like Christmas morning.
The products I’ve received have all been of great quality and are long lasting. I’m still using my Poweradd charging box that I received in 2018. Everyone should be a part of EBL. It’s a great way to try items before purchasing them.

I have 5 different rechargeable batteries from poweradd. I really like them because they work well with charging all my phones and other devices. They don't have other nices products too.

poweradd charger does not work. do not buy as I have purchased the unit last year. Solar charged it but would not charge my devices. Made in CHINA product sucks.

They have the poorest customer service, their products do not last and they will not back up their warranty .. I’ve written them with my product that’s a little over one year old and the fluff off to it’s Amazon problem … I bought their chargers from poweradd not Amazon . They are banned from selling on Amazon ..

Poor poor poor product

On july 3 2022 I purchased 2- 3000 mAh portable battery chargers. When testing them one was find, the second battery on one of the mini input usb connectors for charging did not work. I contacted Power/Add and told them the problem. Their first response was sent me a video of this. I returned a e-mail explaining to them that when I purchase a item on other websites like Amazon, they do not ask for a videos. They retured a e-mail saying if I bought these batteries on Amazon I have to contact Amazon. I did not say I bought theses batteries on Amazon. I told them in the e-mail that when I purchase items on other websites like Amazon I do not have to make a video. They are trying to twist my words of what I wrote in the e-mail not to send me a new battery charger for the defective one they sent me.
I am really disappointed with Power/Add. They did not back up their warrenty they advertize. I gave them enought time from July till now Sept to do the right thing. If anybody ask me about Poweradd, I am going to have to tell them my experience with the company

I used to buy Poweradd portable phone chargers through Amazon, but buying direct worked flawlessly. So far so good on the two items. I always have a good experience with these chargers.

Wish I would have gotten my tracking information sooner

Power add still has not included M1 chip cords for iPad Pro max 12.9” .

I am fairly new to Poweradd mall, but I enjoy every minute I get to watch the ladies on the live, they truly are fun. I love everything I have recieved from them. It’s great and I recommend for everyone to take sometime out and watch these ladies and try out some new products .

This company is really fantastic. I have purchased several items from them and I have not yet been disappointed. They products are outstanding high quality and last a very long time I have a speaker that i got over a year ago still sounds like new. The customer service is amazing and they truly care about their customers I now look to them first when i need something, tools toys, kitchen items, computer as well I am definately a Poweradd fan

Poweraddmall has great products, with amazing customer support. They have amazing live streams that show us the products, which not many companies do that. Poweraddmall also puts theur customers snd supporters first.
