My Green card and Japanese individual number card are not acceptedaccepted.

I tried online notary for USPS form 1583 with my US Green card and Japanese individual number card, which shows my address in Japan, several times, your system will not accept them. Actually I sold my house in Waukegan IL, and currently I live in Japan, I need your service.

The USPS requires the Form 1583 be completed, notarized, and filed with proper IDs. This is required in order for the mail center to accept mail on your behalf. Run far Away!

This is, perhaps, one of the most disorganized, cumbersome companies to ever do business with. Run! They requested I complete a 1583 form, which I did, over a year ago. All of a sudden, I was getting returned mail. Apparently, months later, they have no record of me completing this form. I lost a bid for a donation because I couldn’t get my affirmation letter from the IRS.

I was contacted by one of the most compassionate managers, who did not equivocate. Accepted responsibility, was honest about the breakdown, and quick to fix it. I am satisfied with her remedy and her attitude about the matter. She was direct and matter of fact. I will stay with them.

Good experience, wish my mail was more privagte

I was able to make an appointment and pick up my mail. I was discouraged to see that my private mail was in a file cabinet in a hanging folder! I expected a private box, but I guess you get what you pay for. I thought only USPS employees had access to USPS mail.

Love it

iPostal is a great alternative if you want a private address. Also, my mail seems to be handled with care, as opposed to USPS which is a total disaster. For a small monthly fee , I'm able to easily retrieve my very important communications. I am now worry free.
This is a real review. On the other hand, TP leaves a lot 2B desired.

It was easy to pick up mail

It was easy to pick up mail. I don’t like the idea of paying a fee to pickup or forward mail. I thought it was apart of monthly fee. Also, it would be nice if a business number was offered.

Pricing for all ‘Optional Services’ is posted on the Pricing pages on our website. Our strategy is to charge the lowest monthly mailbox fee possible and then charge customers only for the optional services they choose, like shipping, scanning mail content or mail pickup. We believe this is the fairest way to price, so people who don’t need optional services do not subsidize the people that do.

A phone and fax line are provided when you sign up for a Virtual Office plan. These numbers can be set up directly from your digital mailbox in a matter of minutes.

Good customer service and a great service

I had questions about how ipostal1 worked and contacted them. I received a response from Jered. He was so helpful. I had gotten the mailbox with ipostal1 a few months earlier and was really unsure of how the process worked. Jered took the time to explain everything to me in detail. He even offered to call me if I was still confused but his detailed email provided the information I needed.
To ipostal1: you need to give Jered a raise or a promotion. It is rare for someone to take as much time to explain a company's procedures as Jered did.
Additionally this is a great service, especially if you are not in the US but needs to maintain a US address. I get mail I need forwarded to me with no issues, and for my mailbox provider no great expense.
