​I had a very disappointing experience attempting to work with iPon.hr as a business client in Croatia. While their communication is "artificially polite," it is completely hollow. There is a total lack of genuine interest in problem-solving or accommodating professional business needs.
​Despite being ready to spend 300+ EUR, the support team showed no flexibility and a "don't care" attitude regarding the specific requirements of a Croatian business entity. If you are looking for a partner that values your time and investment, look elsewhere. Their unprofessional approach makes them a poor choice for B2B transactions.

Horrible wait times. They will take the longest time possible to do anything. My motherboard and cpu were sent in via warranty for review and arrived on the 17th of december. Legaly they have 1 month to do something about this, which is already ridiculous - but also their break times dont count towoards the time limit. It has been 1 month , I missed all the holiday fun I could have had with my pc, and they can still wait around till February. If your stuff breaks down, just send it to a repair service and forget their warranty. Better pay for the service than 1+ month of waiting. Absolutely unprofessional.

Ordered an ORICO M2V01-C4-GY USB-C 4.0 NVMe enclosure from iPon.hu for my Dell Precision 5680. It only boots in 10Gbps mode, not TB3/4, and doesn’t work at all via USB-A — tested on both Windows and Linux.

iPon offered only partial refund and ignored the hardware fault

Ordered air max fry in black six days later I receive a green one. They either don't know other language than hungarian or are color blind... There is a free return but what about my time? You can't buy time...
