Terrible customer service. Takes advantage of their customers and refuses to acknowledge when the order is incorrect.

ill update this review shortly . have just ordered a apexel microscope for my iphone with 200x magnification. after paying with mobilepay there has been no confirmation by email or phone . theyve also stated a delivery time of 1-2 working days . this is all looking very suspicious so far and ill definitely put up a warning to others if it all goes pear shaped .

Total waste of time crap company

Total waste of time crap company. They order your goods from their supplier when you place the order. Description says 3-8 days. 3 days is there only for looks. In reality it is 8 days + delay. How about you make a decent business instead? Or you prefer to answer endless emails and cancellations of frustrated customers? Pathetic.

We have different delivery status based on how quick the products reach our warehouse. We're sorry you had to wait longer for your order to be shipped. Sometimes there are delays from our supplier, and we always make sure to inform our customers about this. Our goal is of course to ship the orders within 3-8 business days.
