Was a bit wary at first as the price for replacement I Pad Screen was much cheaper than I'd been quoted elsewhere. However, simple procedure in terms of booking repair and postage, good communication throughout and I received my I Pad back precisely 1 week later as good as new.

Replacement screen broke very easily. Not nearly the quality level of the original Apple screen.

My screen had broken, didnt crack but half of screen wouldnt work to touch. Sent my phone off on monday afternoon and got it back thursday morning working perfectly at a price £40 cheaper than apple quoted!

I paid for express service as I couldn't find time to go to the Apple Store to get my headphone jack fixed. So I paid 40 pounds for the repair and an extra 15 pounds for express delivery. They received the device on Friday as I received an email saying they had, the paper work was taped clearly to the package. It took till Monday for me to phone them and ask what was happening, they attempted to accuse me of not sending paperwork, even though I was sent a confirmation email of its arrival and that they "didn't realise" I paid for express delivery. They refunded the 15 pounds and said I would receive the item the following day. Tuesday no phone, Wednesday no phone but one email saying they needed my passcode. Not a single phone call was made to me on the issue I was left chasing them for my phone every day. I work as a manager in an electrical store so A: my phone is incredibly important to me and B: I can easily tell the difference between good and bad customer service, and what seemed for me a complete lack of respect for the customer and sheer laziness to not just pick up the phone and call me. Unacceptable.

My screen was badly damaged and I was unsure if it could be repaired or if I should bother. Mate told me about this service and booked it in.... Service was affordable. Easy process to send! Guys found some more work that was required, keep me up to date at all times. Fast return delivery.
