I applied for membership as a therapist and everything was done very quickly. All rules were clear and I have received a lot of help from staff during the process. Excellent service and customer care! Very thorough and efficient and effective. All of the staff offer amazing care of all of their customers. Lisa was awesome on every query and expedited all of my requests in record time. Such a pleasure to work with knowledgable, experienced, supportive, wonderful and caring staff.

I had left a message on the IPHM website, they responded within a couple of days with the answers. Guiding and following up, when needed, they made the process of acquiring the accreditation very smooth. Once I provided them with all the necessary documents, the cerficate came through soon after.
