Jack was very professional and responsive to support our query and provided some very good guidance when he completed a thermal survey on our house. I'd highly recommend his services.

The surveyor was very knowledgeable friendly and courteous. The survey was done quickly and we had the results in my inbox the same day.
There was no hard sell to use their services to fix any defects.

Jack Cezair, the Managing Director of Ignite Property Group Limited was very professional in assessing where the cavities in the cavity walls lie, and then he pumped the insulation materials into the cavities within a day. Although it is still too early to conclude whether the thermal insulation will work, I have every confidence in what he has done for my house so far.

I asked Ignite Property Group to provide me with an end of two year snagging report on our new build property and I'm delighted with the outcome. Their meticulous attention to detail is evident in the final report which has helped identify a number of snags that will need to be rectified by the developer; most of which I wouldn't have been able to spot myself. Ignite have also provided peace of mind that our property is generally in good order and there's little concern around its structural integrity.

If, like I was, you're struggling to choose a Snagging Inspection company, rest assured Ignite should be your choice.

Jack and his team did a very good insulation job in my mother's attic and I'm particularly grateful that they took away all the horrible fibre glass stuff that he replaced. Very happy to recommend.

Very good survey done & surveyor explained everything. The report was excellent. It means we can now spend money on making our home more energy efficient & save on our heating bills instead of wasting money on work which would not have made any difference.

I have a very positive view of Ignite. I asked them to carry out a thermal imaging survey of my house - a converted water pumping station. From initial contact, they got the job done within a week and the report arrived the same day as they survey. Jack, who did the survey, was very affable, knowledgeable and freely offered his advice while conducting the survey. The report was informative, precise, and most helpful. Wanted to get a snag survey done before any work is done on a new house I bought. Found IPGL after doing a google search and reached out. I was really impressed with the prompt response to my enquiry and even more impressed that I could get an immediate appointment booked. Jack did a very comprehensive survey and called my attention to some snags that I will never have considered. Will definitely recommend them.

Jack visited our property just outside of Cambridge. He performed a thermographic survey of the whole house, and then discussed the findings with me, providing a written report later that same day. We identified a couple of minor issues and one major issue, that when resolved, I hope to just about cover the very reasonable cost of the survey. Jack was professional and friendly, and gave a clear interpretation of the results. Highly recommended.

Jack took thermal images throughout my property and explained his findings as we went along. I found this very helpful as he gave me insight into how the house has been insulated to date and which thermal issues would be fixable. I had initially considered just buying a thermal imaging camera and doing this myself but he definitely was able to interpret the images in a way that I wouldn't have been able to. The report was sent very promptly with all the images and I was able to ask follow up questions for anything that I didn't understand.

Fascinating; the thermal camera surveys and Jack's expertise have given us a real insight into what we can do to stop heat loss in our two houses. The solutions required are different because the challenges are different. Very happy to recommend Ignite.
