We had an awful experience with ipaymentinc.com and Steve Graham their Risk Analyst. Our company has been processing payments for over 14 years and we had never encountered such a reckless and unreasonable behaviour when it comes to card processing. Our account was closed without any notice and with no real grounds, based on a mistake a sales agent had made in our application. Our customers are now left with us being unable to mange their payments, and the payments are being held hostage by ipaymentinc, it is unclear if this is legal and if the funds will not be released soon, we would have to take legal action. Rude, unfriendly and unprofessional behaviour, we would recommend not doing business with this company or person.
