I ordered 3 pairs of sandals and received two of the same.
Now, they are telling me although they are still on their website that they are not taking any more orders,

I was concerned about the companies review status; incidently I did not check until I placed my order.
My experience is I've found the service faultless. I even emailed the customer service team for an update on my order and received a very quick response. From placing the order to receiving the item it was 5 working days, true to the email response. I would not hesitate order again.

Came in to bail the company out a bit, felt like a bit of a risk ordering what with the other reviews on here but didn't have any problems with them.

Delivery/dispatch could have been a bit quicker but otherwise, nothing to worry about and order arrived in good condition, well packaged and as described.

Absolute scam, sent back flip flops as their sizing is all wrong and they still haven't sent me a refund. Do not give them your card details or any money.

This company IS A SCAM. Seriously. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
Ordered flip flops for international delivery.
Was given fake tracking number and told they had tried to deliver but I wasn’t in!!
All parcels delivered to my condo block go to security and there was no attempted delivery. Stay clear!

Terrible customer service. They sent me an entirely wrong order, and it was time sensitive as i was travelling and they refused to send the correct one out prior to receiving a return, despite me explaining repeatedly it was time sensitive and that i would of course return their wrong order. What a shame to have this organisation managing the brand. I will never use them again , it feels like they don't care about quality control, correct orders or satisfying customers. Just a blanket approach and no consideration even when they clearly make the mistake. I will not use them ever again and suggest you don't - looking at other Trustpilot reviews, the majority are negative.

I would have given ZERO stars were it possible. The worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Customer service is non existent. The sandals I purchased broke within an hour of wearing them. Never use these scammers.

I ordered two pairs of flip flops, one for myself and one for my daughter. I received my order within a week of ordering and the flip flops are perfect. Thank you so much

I received a different pair of flip flops to the ones I ordered...I am sending the incorrect pair back, but they will not send out my correct pair until they receive the pair they sent...I ordered the original pair so they would arrive in time for my holiday and as they are refusing to send the ones I ordered immediately, I will not get them in time for my holiday....terrible customer service...red flag when a company can only be contacted by email!!
