The best customer service I have received in years!

Simply put, my experience with Lisa was the best customer service I have received in years. She was pleasant, patient, knowledgeable and friendly. I got all of my issues addressed and solved quickly. Poor Service Quality

I shut down all my IONOS servers over a month ago, yet they continue to send me bill after bill.
Moreover, to close an account, you have to call them—a process that takes at least half an hour of your time. They offer no means of communication other than by phone, which is absolutely terrible.

All the servers were plagued by constant outages and crashes; that is precisely why I decided to leave them. Yet, even after canceling all services over the phone, they continue to hound me with an endless stream of new invoices. It is a nightmare, and I do not recommend their service.

ICANN complaint filed - domain held hostage as retaliation

1 ⭐ — IONOS held my domain hostage after PayPal ruled against them

I subscribed to IONOS with a bundled free first-year
domain (quan-terra.com). When I cancelled the email
service multiple times, they kept charging me. I filed
a PayPal dispute (Case PP-R-SPC-594518705) — and PayPal
CLOSED IT IN MY FAVOR. IONOS refunded the $17.

Their response? Lock me out of my entire account,
prevent transfer of my legitimately-owned domain, and
demand payment for the same service PayPal already
ruled was wrongly charged.

I've filed an ICANN compliance complaint
(Case 01604792) for violating RAA Section 3.7.5 —
the right to transfer a paid, valid domain.

⚠️ Domain owners: DO NOT use IONOS. They will hold
your domain hostage in any billing dispute, even one
PayPal officially ruled in YOUR favor.
