I feel completely scammed by IonMining

I feel completely scammed by IonMining. I put money into the platform thinking it was legit, but when I tried to withdraw, they suddenly told me I had to become a VIP1 member and pay more just to access my own funds. That was never mentioned anywhere in the contract.

When I refused, they froze my account. I have all the screenshots of the conversation to prove it. I’ve reported them to the FCA, Scamwatch, Scamdoc, and I’m warning others to stay far away. Don’t fall for it like I did.

Still not sure how I feel about the…

Still not sure how I feel about the platform being my first time and when 2 websites go down that could be concerning. I was able to access my account on ionmining.io

UPDATE: I have tried to withdraw my initial investment ($3100usd) and it still shows "unpaid" 1 day later. Cust. service said that I missed article 8 of a contract which stated that I needed to of bought 2 at the time of purchase and that withdrawal from my account is currently "restricted." Basically they are asking that I deposit an additional $3500 to invest in an expired contract and then after that contract expires my funds will be released. Not going to add the additional $3500 so we are in a stale mate and they still have my original investment.

It is now Monday 3/24 and they have locked my account. Starting that the contract is expired and they will unlock it if I buy another expired contract. If my math is correct I should have the available funds in the account after a few other contracts are fulfilled in 3 days on 3/27.

Will keep you posted

Today

Today. Ionmining customer service center tell me.
Your offline membership account has been locked by our platform system because it violated the platform's contract terms and was operated maliciously. Therefore, withdrawals are restricted. To withdraw funds now, you must first lift the restrictions imposed by the platform system. You need to prove to the platform that you are a genuine investor and that the illegal actions of others have no connection to you for the lock to be removed.

What a bunch of low-life scammers- MAYBE NOT.

Just when you think you have found a trustworthy site, they prove you wrong. They even had the cheek to send out a "Site Under Maintenance" after they went offline last weekend. Having come back online, the email was enough to fool myself (and others, I suspect) into investing in new contacts. "Nxt Minute" has gone offline again, and emails to Jack Daniels and the info desk are undelivered! What a bunch of low-life scammers. I now have to start from scratch and build my "pot". I'm happy to be proven wrong!!
Here is an Update. Having contacted most of the miners in this group, I learned that Ion Mining is now operating under the .cc URL extension. This suggests that they are having issues with being a legitimate business or are disorganised.
I only learnt of the new .cc url after someone replied to my email broadcast.
I wish ION Mining would make more effort to keep its miners better informed. Otherwise, the scam tag will begin to stick. You know what they say about things sticking to blankets!!

ionmining is 100% scam…

ionmining is 100% scam website/platform. all 3 ionmining domains are the same SCAM Company. ionmining.com(shut down), ionmining.io and ionmining.vip (shut down)
The scammers won't allow any withdrawal at all. if you try to withdraw they argue with you that their system restricted you for withdrawal because you purchase some plans or contracts and you broke some hidden rules and you have to purchase more plans to release the restriction, only, the withdrawal will never happen. More then that the scam company is NOT Regulated by any Financial Regulator in Scotland or entire UK. Do not engage or give any money to the ex-soviet block scammers, is all i know so far!
