Never received the product and also didn't get my money back and now the site has disappeared. But no worries I have found their new company simpliroutine

So anybody who is having the same issues as me, go and contact them. Hopefully they will have to shut this one also down, and loose their bought Instagram followers.

My husband bought me the airwarp model as a present. It came in a battered box. The instructions were in Portuguese and the device was not only faulty (once you put one of the heads on you can’t take it off. Some of the plastic around one of the brushes looked like it melted a little) but looked like it had been used, returned and repackaged and sent out. It also felt incredibly cheap and there was no branding. We emailed to complain and seek compensation but no one replies. I’ve also reached out to them
on social and still no reply. Clearly a dodgy company who take your money and run

Small update: they finally replied on Instagram saying they have been too busy and asking me to send another email to a different address. Surprise, surprise the email is fake and does not work.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. The product comes straight from China. Took a LONG time to arrive too. You can feel its poor quality. You can even see smoke coming from your hair when you use it, that can't be a good sign... They claim on their website that if you are not satisfied, you get your money back. But when you try to return it they say that you won't get your money back if you return it used... That makes no sense at all...
You also have to pay to return it BACK TO CHINA. That will cost minimum 20 EURO. Just don't bother buying from here. If I want to please someone else with this poor product I get 20% of my money back ! I paid 65€ for this junk so I will get a poli 13€ back ! A real scam !!! Ruby is her name !

The worst product you can imagine. Also the worst customer service ever. I get so tired of companies only caring about their profits and being inhumane. Seems like you cant trust anyone anymore these days. DO NOT BUY IT.

This product is a scam!!!@ Too many people are being fooled! It does NOT do what it promises to do!! How stupid I feel to have orderd this. I waited a long time to get it and the air wrap doesn't even work. It blows are out and the hair does not even wrap!! It is a cheap cheap CHEAP copy that doesn"t even work!!! I hope you read this before you order!!! DO NOT FALL in the trap!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!

I cannot choose for 0 stars but I really want to. It took more than 3 weeks to arrive. When I got it was a very cheap product, the smell of the plastic is horrible and the product is not what you see on the website. I didnt even try it because I won't put that on my hair. Do yourself a favour and keep your money! I asked for a refund and to send it back and they told me to send it to China or receive 20% of the price as refund a keep the product or give it away! Scam scam scam!

THIS IS A SCAM! the product is in plastic and a very poor quality. It doesn't wrap your hairs but blow them away! And when you contact the customer service they tell you to send back the goods in China! at your own costs! or get 30% refund. That is how they make money. Their hairdryer doesn't work at all. Pure scam. They claim to be a Dutch company and it is false! 59.95EUR for nothing! do not get scammed like me!

Fake product & fake Trustpilot review image on their website!
The hairwrap doesn’t wrap your hair around it (even blows it away) so you can only use it when wrapping it around yourself, and it gets wayyy too hot.
I was so bummed out when I checked Trustpilot just after buying it, literally 5 minutes after, because something didn’t feel right. I tried to cancel my order immediately, but the next day I got a shipping confirmation, and after that an email that the order couldn’t be cancelled anymore becayse it had already been processed automatically.

Please do not fall for this scam!

Warning: this is a dropshipper! Don’t buy here. They sell fake products that don’t meet European product safety standards. Company only takes returns via factory in China with risks of packages getting lost or not accepted at high costs. If you’ve had a similar experience, file a complaint with the police (internetoplichting), ACM ConsuWijzer and Nederlandse Voedsel- en Warenautoriteit (NVWA).

A real scam. The product isn't working at all. Customer service is really bad and unhelpfull. You have to return the product to the fabric in China yourself. They don't believe you when you tell them the product isn't working.

They have fake trustpilot profile image and screenshot displayed on the website, I’m happy I checked the real reviews before ordering. This is called FRAUD!

This product is real junk! Comes straight from China. If I want to buy junk I'll order on Aliexpress myself. Customer service do not respond to mail that I do not want to keep the product. Reviews seem to me so bought!!

It takes some time to master the technique of turning it into a weapon but once you do, then you can have gorgeous volume and salon hair everyday 😊

With my head full of curls it is always a surprise how tools are going to work out. The volume max got me excited on many levels. The first time I used to big strands of hair at once but if you use smaller strands it will work how it should! Can't wait to experience more blowouts
