After years of increasingly bad service from large, well-known providers, IonBlade has been a welcome breath of fresh air for my business and our clients. The tech aspect is great, the price is right, and the customer service timely and professional. Knowing we can call our personal rep for help if a problem arises is a huge relief. We plan to move all our clients to IonBlade over the next few months as a result.

Ionblade.com has consistently exceeded my expectations as a website host, and they have been more than that. I have had websites with the "big boys" in the business for about 25 years and always was the "little fella" that was more of a marketing target for additional services than a valued client.

I need to comment on the reliability of Ionblade. It’s been very consistent! The support, especially with our tickets, has been so quick and efficient. I appreciate the fact that I can get free emails and free backups for my system. Yes, I said free lol. I love that word 😊. Please keep up the wonderful work, guys.

I am a clueless business owner who is GREAT at the business itself but have (as noted above) NO CLUE as it pertains to technical stuff. Raymond Duke entered and that was that. Super nice, patient, followed through. In this day and age of not even getting a warm body on the other end, this was frankly a bit shocking. Way to go Ion Blade!

This company and their staff are incredible. We have lost our webmaster expertise and it is so worth it to use this company for our domain names, hosting, SSL certificates and more. We were paying for things we did not need and were not using with GoDaddy. The support and customer service cannot be beat! Dan Soliz was so incredible helping us from start to finish with whatever issues have come up over the past couple of years.
