Really impressed by Ion8's customer service. The design on one of our bottles started peeling off after only 2 months of use (which I've never had with one of their bottles before) and Inah arranged for a replacement to come straight out to me. Ion8 is a brand I liked already and they impressed me again today!

Had an issue with a bottle that was sent. I sent something through with photo evidence. Inah was incredible and dealt with my query in super sonic time. My initial query was sent at 11:30 PM on Saturday and the next thing I know I had an email through with a replacement order receipt at 4am on Monday and it was at the door by Thursday! Just incredible service. I had no expectation of a complete replacement but very much appreciate it. Inah was an absolute pleasure in the couple of exchanges we had. Thank you very much to Inah and Ion8. Our family were loyal customers anyway but this has cemented it!

In November last year bought the flask and water bottle, which I use daily, the flask has never been in the dishwasher always washed by hand but the seal has gone, I took photos and emailed, had a response to say all sorted and it arrived, coffee is no longer leaking from my flask. You get what you pay for, don’t hesitate to buy this product coffee stays warm all day, inah assisted me very grateful :)

I bought two water bottles for my daughter and received an extra one as a gift. Unfortunately, none of the seals works properly—water leaks out when the bottles are in a backpack and even spills while drinking. I also purchased straws for the bottles, but every time we open them, water jets out unexpectedly. This is very disappointing.

Really bad customer service. The free gift options aren't compatible with the water bottles I purchased. When I emailed to have this replaced I was told that I couldn't and that another lid would be available (not in the same style) and I would have to pay for postage. I dont see why the customer has to pay to correct something that this company has done wrong. A big company like this you would think it would be no issue to send out a replacement as a gesture of good will. Unfortunately not.

I ordered ION8 bottles and the payment was successfully deducted from my card. Five days later, I was informed that my order had been manually cancelled and that I should simply place the order again.

The bigger issue is that no refund was actually processed, and I was given no information about when I could expect my money back.

When I contacted customer service, Stewart Cowie sent me a screenshot claiming that the order had been refunded and that the order had been cancelled after payment due to a stock allocation/fulfilment issue, despite the payment having already been successfully taken, and that, if I couldn't see the money, I should contact my card provider.

However, the screenshot he provided clearly shows that the order was manually cancelled and that the refund is still pending — not processed. The cancellation email I received from ION8 also indicates that the refund is pending.

It is extremely frustrating to be told that a refund has been issued when the company's own documentation shows otherwise. If a refund is still pending, customers should be given a clear explanation and an expected processing timeframe rather than being directed to their bank.

I expected much better customer service and transparency from ION8. I would strongly recommend improving the refund process and, most importantly, providing accurate information to customers about the status of their money.

I love ion8 bottles since discovering them and recently changed all my travel bottles to ion8 as I am super clumsy and always spill my drinks everywhere but ion8 has solved that!

Recently I had also dropped my biggest thermo bottle after having for less than a month and was devastated. But got in contact with ion8 and they have sent a replacement straight away! So thank you so much Ellvee from the support team for being so kind!!

Easy to order and a lovely free gift. Unfortunately the delivery company was very delayed with no updates. I got in contact with ION8 and Inah came back so quickly and offered help. Fortunately by this point the bottles had been delivered. Amazing bottles and great quality alongside fantastic customer service.

The quality of the bottles are fantastic and they keep cold for a couple of days. They do not leak and are superior to other bottles. I had an issue with ordering the free promotional gift and at first the company would not resolve my complaint but then they had a change of mind and sorted it out for me. Had it been resolved at first point of contact I would have given 5 stars.

Had a technical issue with the lid of my ION8 1ltr container. Sent in pictures and had a very prompt response from a lady called Inah. She was superb, she asked for a video of the issue, acknowledged everything at each stage in a friendly and professional manner. Everything sorted quickly and a new lid on its way via post. All sorted quickly and with empathy. Thank you INAH for your service in this matter.

Superb company I love the way they are trying so hard not to wasteful to the environment. Most companies you would have a broken part of a bottle and that’s it straight in landfill. These guys are great even out of warranty they have helped me giving my son a new lid for free even tho I would have paid them.

I brought a 1 litre insulated bottle on amazon. The bottle keeps my water cool all day.

I had a problem as the insulation inside cracked after a few weeks.

After speaking with Inah in customer services. Who was very friendly and helpful I now have a new product in the post.

I will update on the new bottle, great service just hope the product was a one off.

Water seems to come out of the air hole when my son is drinking and soaks his front. This then encourage you to buy a seperate straw which in my opinion should be included in the first place

Says leak proof but definitely not leaks all the time and leaks out the top when you first open the lid to drink with the straw in. Very disappointed won’t buy another

I had a problem with a bottle cracking at the top. Very good support from Inah in customer services who arranged a replacement straight away.

These bottles are leakproof 100%
I was sceptical at first but my grandson has used one for a year in primary school. Apart from a few dents on the bottom it has served us well. We have just ordered a new one for the next school year , only because my grandson would like a different design

Purchased a metal insulated water bottle, a plastic one and a coffee cup.

The water bottles from these guys are honestly the greatest. My kid takes the insulated one to school and even in the heatwaves it kept water freezing cold all day and even if she refilled it at school with water from the tap it actually chilled it abit due to the fact the bottles inside were still so cold even when empty. Been chucked at concrete many times, is kept in her bag upside down and doesn’t leak a drop. She loves the choice of designs. We will only buy these bottles in future!
I love my plastic water bottle as it’s the same easy to drink from design and is such a pretty colour, doesn’t drip anywhere.

I had a slight issue with my coffee cup but customer service have been amazing, the beauty of their cups is all seals and parts like the top you can get separately so they quickly resolved the issue for me. Big thank you to Inah at support who was so quick in replying and sorting it for me.

Make the commitment and buy a water bottle from these guys, it’ll save you a fortune in the long run and to be fair I actually find their pricing very reasonable in comparison to similar companies and they certainly live up to their claims!

My bottle was loosing it's printing early. I contacted the support and an employee named Inah sent me a substitute.
