The platform with all it's options and…

The platform with all it's options and simplicity makes it my go to tool from estimates to invoices.. editing is a breeze .. the only thing missing from this app is if you had a professional do it yourself and you not have to pay them!

Poor customer service

The invoicing product is fine; I don't have an issue with that. However, after I downgraded my service level to the free version last month (since I only use it sparingly for a very small side business), a few weeks later I noticed another charge on my credit card for the monthly (paid) service. So, I asked Customer Service to reverse the charge, as I was sure that I had downgraded several weeks prior. They said there was no record of my request to downgrade the service and refused to reverse the charge. I don't have "proof" that I downgraded the service earlier, so what could I say? But I do remember doing it. So, it's just frustrating that they didn't value me as a customer and honor my request (after using the paid service for 18 months over the past 3 years). Not the end of the world, but in my opinion poor customer service, especially since I had been a paying customer for quite a long time previously. I've decided to look elsewhere for an invoicing solution.

Per our Terms, "the charges are a monthly, automated deduction until the time the customer decides to downgrade themselves or asks us here at Customer Service to downgrade for them". It also states that "all fees and charges are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for any partially used Paid Services (including partially used subscription periods)".

If you indeed downgraded your account yourself, you would have received a downgrade confirmation email from our system. As mentioned, we do not have any record of you writing to our customer support and requesting to cancel. On top of that, the account was actively used within the last few weeks.

They literally cancelled my account…

They literally cancelled my account tried to blame it on a failed payment when I don't even have any payment intents and there is absolutely no reason for it to fail, and then told me I was no longer grandfathered in at the original price and now the cost is almost twice the price a month. When I informed their team about it, they told me there was nothing I could do. Terrible tactic to charge your long term customers more money.

Update - Dec 9.
And now they reach out trying to blame this on PayPal. The only email I received from PayPal was the email of this company canceling my account saying i had a failed payment when there is no record of the payment intent or failure. I am absolutely disgusted with the way this has been handled as this company was just trying to charge me twice as much per month after I had been a customer for almost 5 years. Do not use this service unless you plan on being treated very poorly.

Paid subscription and did not respond…

Paid subscription and did not respond the system to actually release my documents.
Called twice to CS and no answer.
Service paid for and ignoring my situation when I have customers waiting to be billed and invoice delivered!!!!!

This invoice is so very easy to use and change. Just feel like the description field should be placed differently.
All in all great app to use.

You can share your banking details with your client in the ‘Terms & Conditions’ section of the invoice.

You can also get paid instantly by your clients with our online payment gateway. Your clients can pay online by Credit Card or PayPal 😊
