Rated 2 out of 5 stars

2/5. Bad product decision.

2/5. Why? Because you used to have a 'pause subscription' option, and now you don't; meaning that those loyal members who've been with you for years and have paid you lots and lots of money are now facing a difficult choice:

To spend at least $264 on another year of InVision (expensive, given that Sketch Cloud does it for free as part of their $99 fee).

Or to lose all of their prototypes and hard work FOREVER because they've been impacted by COVID and can't afford the next annual payment.

The latter is not fair - it seems like you're punishing people for falling on hard times. Whereas the 'pause account plan' option was AMAZING, and I wish I'd made use of it when I had the chance.

Why would you make something really helpful to thousands of people, then take it away again? COVID isn't over, you know - we're meant to be all in this together. If you'd asked me to rate InVision before this farcical decision to remove the 'pause subscription' option, I'd have given you a 5/5, no questions. Now, it's a 2. You've become just like every other money-hungry company.
