Website stated error when ordering, I even got an email to ‘remind me to finish my order’. So I then finished the process. I got ONE confirmation email with an order number.

Emailed to complain as I received two orders and was charged for both, couldn’t really afford to pay £40 for hair bobbles to be honest!

Looking at reviews, it seems a common theme that they have no customer service team

I have masses of long, thick, curly hair … which generates compliments from many but is a real challenge without the best equipment to help. Invisibobble has been a great part of my armoury for some time and the recent headbands I bought have been a welcome addition. They stay in place better, are pain free unlike many other headbands I have.

Contacted to return an item three times via various means. Absolutely no reply!
Shocking customer service, do not purchase from this company!
More than happy to take your money, but not to help !

Love the hair bobbles as they don’t hurt, they stay in your hair without slipping and don’t leave a dent in your hair if you want to wear it down later on. Tried the scrunchies for the first time, which I also love. Just a shame the invisibobble logo label sewed into them isn’t invisible too - it’s rather massive in an otherwise pretty product.

I didn't realise before using invisibobble how tight my hair bands and clips felt! The invisibobble products don't all suit my hair or hold my hair but I can use quite a few if them and particularly like the scrunchies. I haven't gone back to normal ones after using these! Comfortable and hold my hair

Arrived quickly and great quality. Ordered to try the hair band and have not been disappointed! Super comfortable where other hair bands have hurt behind my ears. Bobbles are easy to use and also very comfortable.

Great hair ties. Easy to take out. Easy to shrink back with hot water. Last for ages. Kinder to hair! Mine is at the bottom of my *rse! Less split ends from using these. I recommend invisibobble if you are tying your hair back. For a tighter fit, I buy the kids. Love this brand..
