Invisible Creations® was born from a desire to design products that don’t define us by our age. Producing attractive, dual-purpose and discreet adaptations, our products can be strategically placed around the home to help reduce decline in health and make daily living easier. Older people have been poorly served for too long with products that are stigmatising, clinical and downright ugly. We're here to end it.

Can't fault the assistance and help…

Updated and down graded to 3 star
Just fitted this rail today and its a nightmare to fit single handed.
The cover plates are fixed on the rail so you only have less than 5cm to work inside, marking 4 holes. Managed that but then I wanted to use 60mm screws and trying to get them into the hole with the cover plate in the way was frustrating to say the least.
Finally up but because it fixes onto plastic wall panelling tightening the screws caused it to sink into the panelling. Then of course the covers wouldn't grip,so had to silicon in place.
Shower holder came but not the one in the installation instructions which had a push button. Sadly plastic and cheap feeling.
Can't fault the assistance and help with buying a couple of items without vat.
They arrived today and are of excellent quality but the shower grab rail is a very sturdy 32mm and my current shower head holder would not fit.
Also bought the grab rail toilet roll holder but no screw cap covers as shown in their photos
I have deducted a star because their website shows the rail with the holder in their photos and detailed in the dimension drawing.
I phoned them and was told it was a separate item but they do not list it on their website so how can I buy it separately?
I checked photos on Robert Dyas website and their photo shows it with the holder.
They did phone me back and are sending one out free of charge but it has made me slightly wary of their photos as to what you actually are buying.
When you pay listed price the rail isn't far short of £100 so paying extra for something you think comes with it would make me return it and buy elsewhere but overall I'm very pleased with both the product and the service.
