Lies poor service and deceipt
Firstly I won a raffle prize and they would not let me reclaim the prize, when I gave them a poor review they accused me of lying, despite me having the voucher.
Secondly I went for measurement of 2 suits and they charged me a deposit of £1100 emailing me stating the order was on hold. When the customosation came through it was a further £300. I asked to cancel one suit and they then informed me they would not refund £150 per suit.
I feel it is very unreasonable
I have issued a chargeback with my credit card provider and I trust I will get a refund via them.

To clarify the situation, for those who prefer facts over fiction:
The raffle voucher you mentioned was issued in 2017 — over half a decade ago — and, more importantly, you were not the named winner. Whether you stumbled upon it, were gifted it, or picked it out of a drawer is unclear, but presenting an expired prize that was never assigned to you and demanding redemption is, at best, misguided… at worst, deliberately misleading.
As for the bespoke suits: you purchased them after being measured and consulting with our team — a process which included time, materials, and the commencement of production. Suggesting no work was carried out is both inaccurate and dismissive of the professionals who had already invested effort into your order. Attempting to cancel mid-process and demanding a refund is not a matter of fairness — it’s a failure to understand how tailored services work, or perhaps a hope that we don’t.
We understand that some individuals struggle with the difference between entitlement and entitlement to. We are more prepared to send all documentation to your credit card provider and are more than happy to let objective facts speak louder than embellished reviews.
Sizing is bizarre
Sizing is bizarre. They list items as one a size, but they're actually several inches shorter as they allow for "stretch". How anyone is meant to dictate their own fit with that is beyond me. It almost sounds like a lie, as what kind of company gives you the size of an item, if you stretch it?
And nowhere is this mentioned on their website. Then youre expected to pay for the return and you can't return if its had talc or shine applied. Yeh, no bother, I'll just ram myself into this tiny top with nothing at all to help.
Didn't waste my time with the return, passed it on to a friend and will make sure those I know stick to other sites with proper sizing.
Item itself was well made with nice latex, but if its not an accurate size, it's useless.

Invinclerubber.com is not fair always points to the other. RoyalMail confirmed to receive many complaints about this webshop and to take their responsibility. Especially after Brexit.
Very very bad service. Package is delivery for more than 6 months. Invinciblerubber.com and RoyalMail remain responsible for the shipment even if declined because invincible was not honest about customs clearance charges and then promptly amended the terms. Both sides don't give a damn about taking their responsibility.
