Of all the programs out there, this is the most comprehensive and flexible.

There are alot of companies and supposed mentors out there that say they teach real estate investing. Most just want to get your credit card. The people at IU have spent decades (literally) developing their material and the program shows it. Charles and Ian walked me thru the process patiently from finding motivated sellers, to negotiating with them, and closing the deal. My first deal with almost now real work on my part netted me a $20,000 profit, No kidding. So if your serious about becoming a successful investor you should call them.
