Amazing Service from start to finish.
I had the pleasure of working with Max Bell, who contacted me via my LinkedIn account, I found Max to be extremely supportive and proactive in supporting me with my job search. Max alerted me to two separate opportunities that suited my background and experience level, Max set up interview dates with both companies and within 3 weeks and after several interviews I was presented with a job offer for a role that is 6 mins commute from my home. I cant thank Max enough for the support and assistance he has provided, I have worked with several recruiters and have never experienced the level of service & proactiveness that was provided by Max Bell at Investigo. Having undertaken contract work via Reed UK and Red Snapper Managed Services, I was a little sceptical about what Investigo would be like. However, I have been pleasantly surprised at how good they've been compared to my other experiences. My contract manager is Rhys, and he is regularly in contact to check I am ok. I am working outside the UK for Investigo, so it's good to have some support, which was lacking on my previous contract.

My experience with Investigo and Consultant Charlotte Goodger was probably the best I’ve experienced!
They reached out at the right time in my period of uncertainty in my previous role. Gave me all the relevant information about the new role and compared it with my experience to ensure its suitability.

Very persistent in a difficult market with contacts where sometimes get ahead of the adverts.
Good support , follow up and completion in the delivery of assignments. Even an aftercare which is very reassuring when items in the recruitment are slow or problematical such as the identification process.

Pretty poor form
Pretty poor form, I went through a 3 month 4 stage interview process after Investigo approached me to represent me for a role.
I had the 4th interview which resulted in me not getting the job, however even after o followed up I received absolutely no feedback at all on why I didn’t get the role.
Months later I heard from a different professional in the industry why I hadn’t got the role and also told the feedback had been given from the hiring company to Investigo who just didn’t bother to find the time to pass it on.
I contacted the director and explained the situation and that I had wanted feedback and got a very short generic reply. Clearly don’t respect candidates effort or time.

spoke to a recruiter, cant even place a job ad properly, actually deceiving candidates, they put the area to be London, yet the job is out in a different county a 4 hour journey, the recruiter admitted they did this to get better cvs.

I was headhunted by one of their recruiters and after the first chat , they put me forward for a first interview with the managers at the company they were looking to hire for. I had the interview with the managers and then nothing, nobody called back at all, not even to give me an answer. Lack of professionalism I would say, I wouldn't want to work with/ for a recruiter who goes silent. A simple and honest feedback would have helped
Some people CAN take negative feedback as constructive feedback. Si, it's a no from me for the recruiter and the company they were recruiting for.

They simply don't care
I started of by applying for a job where Jack Jobling was the contact, barely got a response from him and had to chase him all the time, I don't blame him as he can only update me when the organisation update him. But then he promised a message at a certain time and didn't keep the promise.
I then messaged James Chichester, who was also initially slow in responding eventually forgetting about me altogether, I added them both in to a group chat and they apologised, James then arranged a call with me and things were looking up.
I was unable to make our meeting due to a last minute emergency, and hardly received a response from James about moving things forward, I have been proactive in messaging these guys since January and I'm not any closer to making progress within the cyber industry with Investigo.
I am very disappointed about how I've been left to feel and the way I have been treated with no one bothering to respond to me.
I'm still waiting for a response from 4th May...

Inexperienced and unprofessional CRAs
Inexperienced and unprofessional CRAs. CRAs assigned to our studies have been notorious for no shows for remote and onsite visits with sites. Relationship with sponsor and sites were tarnished due to incapable CRAs from Investigo. Sponsor approached CRAs for proper monitoring and training but was poorly received. Even after escalating to upper management, the CRA manager was unsure of how to deal with the situation. Highly do no recommend this CRO.
